Food was okay, service sucked. My wife placed an online order on the way with the intent to eat there but not have to wait a long time. It said online the order should be done by 6:20 and we got there about 6:10ish. We walked in and paid for our order then sat down. After waiting for 30 minutes, I went up to check on the status of our order and the kid working the counter walked straight over to the rack and grabbed our pizza and brought it over. So who knows how long it sat there with nobody saying anything. Like I said, the pizza was okay, but they barely cut it so we had to pretty much tear it to get our slices. I went up to the counter a couple times to check on the order, grab plates, and grab napkins and at least twice the kid working the counter would look at me, not say anything, and just walk away. Finally I just went to the restroom to grab napkins. The whole time there were always at least 3-5 employees just standing a few feet away in the kitchen chatting it up and on their phones while people are waiting for their food. Also, apparently it’s not worth the money for the owner to buy a changing table as there was not one in either restroom so my wife had to change my son’s dirty diaper on the floor. Not sure if the manager was just off tonight or if this is just the quality of work that he/she allows, but I can confidently say that we will not be back.

Their Italian grinder was the best I’ve had. Portions are not as large as the fast food but the taste and quality of the food make up for it. They also have a counter with free food like raw pasta canned goods for people who need it. Great service. Food is reasonably priced considering the quality. Socially concerned and ready to help…I love that.

Only ever ordered to go but our obsession with Luigi’s should be studied. Free delivery? Yes please. Giant chicken bacon ranch pizza that will feed you for days? Take my money. We lived in oak grove over the summer and Luigi’s was the shining star of the area. Pizza was always hot and yummy with quick delivery. The one shining star in the armpit of Kentucky. We are honestly debating driving 4 hours just to get another taste of this delicious zah, the chewy crust was our favorite part. Keep it up Luigi big fans.

Wow, the pizzas here are amazing! I placed a carry out order over the phone, and the pizzas were ready right as I walked in. I didn’t realize just how giant the 20″ pizza was until it was sitting on the counter. The facility has a really welcoming atmosphere and was really clean, two things that always stick out to me when going to “mom and pop” shops.

I called around 6:15 tonight and ordered one half and half pizza for delivery, they confirmed my
Address and asked for my card info. Then said it would be a certain amount of time, I missed the time as my husband was talking to me and said thank you and got off the phone. At the 2 hour mark I called to see where my food was and they had no record of me placing an order who has my card info, they got all the numbers but all of a sudden have no record of my order, oh and no one is around to help today, but I could place another order…. Nearly 9pm, no thanks, guess we’re skipping dinner. Every other time was such a great experience, this place is going downhill fast.

Update: After cooking the pizza and started eating. It was gray and black hair buried under the cheese. I am Livid! I called to speak to the manager and she did assist us with making it right.
DO NOT go to this location, go to clarksville one. These people do not care about customers. We ordered delivery at 8pm and a hour later I called because we still haven’t received our food. When I called I told them we coming to pick it up. They didn’t apologize, still didn’t tell us the status or nothing. We get the pizza home and its not even completely cooked. I literally told them to cook it well done because every time we get their pizza its never well done and toppings be sliding off. We tasted it and the pepperoni was not done. I had to re-bake my own pizza. The toppings looked like they threw them on there and didn’t bother baking it. Will not recommend or return here.

They don’t know their own online menu. Can’t get it right no matter how many times I order. They’ve also recently changed their bread. They’ve given you less bread and changed the texture tremendously. So I’ve just ordered extra bread for the garbage.
