Update from yesterday. I talked to the manager this morning and she was very nice and understanding, and was willing to give a refund. I was expecting a refund for just that one I didnt pay for, but she gave me what I originally paid, and I do appreciate that act of kindness.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Every time I go there it’s something different. Cashier acted like she didn’t want to take our order. She gave us the food bag and shut the window as we were trying to talk to her because she forgot our drink. Finally she gave us the drink and shut the window again while we were trying to ask for sauce. Then when she gave us the sauce she more of threw it in my hand and slammed the window shut. Again. The food was nasty and old. It was soggy and falling completely apart as if it were old. The top of the chalupa was hard as a rock but soggy and falling apart at the bottom. Same with another burrito I got and it looked as if it had water s sprayed all over it making the tortilla fall apart. It’s always wrong. Every time. Order a taco with no tomatoes because my fiancé is allergic to them and they give us tomatoes every single time. They leave food out of my order every single time. Bad experience overall per usual. Someone needs to be more assertive and let their employees know this is right. We pay with our own money and our food should not be mediocre. She also gave us the wrong change back so I got shorted out of my money and by that time I was so mad that if I would’ve asked for it back it would have been a real problem.

Inside the restuarant was FILTHY..and it wasnt recent filth, its build up. A typical order takes 20+ minutes to fulfill. This establishment should be closed for many reasons. Do better people.

We will never be back thanks to the rude girl at the drive through window after we ordered online. I welcome the mgr to contact us for more information on the lack of training on customer service.

When we walked in there’s a note to use the kisco there front reg dnt work and having to wait for food that was cold hardly anything meat wise on are food if I wanted a salad I would have ordered a salad and we ordered two of the 7$ box food and when I opened my chicken taco thing what meat so much lettuce and tomato and only very small pieces of chicken yepp, not even 6 on there and I’m guessing a manger in the office just sitting there and someone walking around with the headset around her neck, and not at all going to try again, food cold and hard, and was for three people and what a waste

I gotta give major props to the young woman who closed on the night of 08/10/2022. I forgot to ask for mild sauce, but to my surprise my bag had plenty of mild sauce in it. Keep up that awesome customer service, gal!
