I clearly ordered no beef, yet they still put beef in my food. I’m angry because, for religious reasons, I cannot eat meat. This isn’t a small mistake—it’s extremely disrespectful.

Very helpful friendly staff. This is my go to Taco Bell out of like 3 of them. They always have the food out super fast and my order is usually never wrong here. ( I make oddly specific extras request, and they just flow with me)

Fast drive thru and an awesome employee/team member. They had the burrito supreme just right and didn’t short me on my beef or other ingredients. I have been to some Taco Bell locations that had more tortilla than contents. Good experience

Really no point in complaining on these reviews I have complained several times about the manager and how rude the people are who work here they do nothing about it. Your best bet is going to a different restaurant cuz the people at the other location have the same workers. They do not care to make there business better and they do not care to get rid of the people that don’t work and don’t treat their customers right. You basically get treated like your wrong for wanting your food right or your bothering them when you put in a order. It’s crazy.

I came here on 9/28/25 around 9:45 after a long stay at the hospital with my terminally ill mother. I was tired mentally, emotionally, and not in the best of moods. Darriana was the cashier who greeted me when I pulled up to the drive through speaker. We all know what it feels like to pull up to a drive thru and be made to feel like the restaurant really doesn’t want to deal with you. On the flip side, if you’ve ever worked in fast food, you know that a lot of people are jerks toward restaurant workers, so I get it! Typically when you pull up to one late at night, that’s how it goes. My experience was not like that at all. I could hear in her voice that she wanted to serve me and was glad to be there. When I pulled around to the window, she smiled at me, looked at me, and handled the transaction in a positive way. After I got my food, I thanked her. I think all of us want kindness and compassion, but none of us expect to find it late night at a Taco Bell drive thru. The interaction lifted my spirits, and I was thankful. Hope she gets to read this review

The person that took our order was nice, but her coworker that was standing next to her, needs to learn that when you talk about your customers we can hear you in the drive through. It was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. The cinnamon twists we got weren’t even half full. Next time I’ll probably just go to McDonald’s across the street.

I ordered through the drive-through, and the lady taking my order made sure to read back to me exactly what I ordered and asked if I needed any sauce. They were courteous, respectful, and fast. My order was spot on and delicious.

Two times ordering from Taco Bell through door dash. The first time order was missing 2 parts to the order. Ok. It happens. Large order. Second time, I asked to have the order checked, taco bell would not let door dash check. 5 things missing, food was slopped all over the wrappings, something goodie split over everything in the box and bag. Trust me…..next ordering from there again

Only Taco Bell close to my work and the only one I’ve had problems out of, at one point I had nacho cheese on the bottom of the box when it was handed to me and this is the only Taco Bell that wraps the lettuce up more than the taco and when you unwrap it it all falls into your lap

This was about the only place open after the winter storm. We were traveling through the area staying at a hotel nearby. Food was good and I was very grateful something was open nearby since the secondary roads were awful and we were towing our RV.
