Standing in the front of the line for I know 10 minutes while the employees of Taco Bell are serving the drive thru window…!!! There was only 2 employees working at that time while two others sit in the lobby and it wasn’t even crowded…!!!

02/19/2023 I ordered food via tacobell app & marked it for in-store pickup. Order went fine and I paid online. I was staying at a hotel just next block 2 min walk away only, so I decided to just walk up to store for pickup. There we were told only drive-through pickup is available. I said its fine & I went back all the way walking to my hotel just to bring my car and drove through tacobell to collect my order, while my wife & my young daughter were just standing just next to taco building. While I was in my car, the taco bell staff member aggressively shouted on my wife, called her bad words for absolutely no reason.. and shown her way out. Staff lady did exact same thing to my friend’s wife as well.. and no surprise she misbehaved with me as well – while I was in my car to pick up my order.
