This is the worst fast-food restaurant in the history of fast-food! They are theives! The first time they stole from us they said they ran out of beef and could not give us our order that we placed online and paid for. After 3 months of fighting they mailed us a gift card, but what we wanted was a refund. Tonight, (after ordering online and paying) they said they did not have employees and could not make our order. I do not know why the person that relayed that information could not make our order (it was a small order). I asked what do we do know and she replied “cancel the order in the app.” However, there is no possible way to cancel the order in the app. I filled out the “contact us” form in the app (will probably not get a response) and I will try to get my bank to reverse the charges. If neither of those action prevail in a timely manner I will file a police report for theft. I do not want a gift card because I will never order from this Taco Bell (or possibly any other) ever again. I am tired of the constant theft experienced in this era of late-stage capitalism!

It’s not very often I take time to review chain restaurants. Both times I’ve been to this location its been disappointing. Can’t get orders right or they cheap out. (Ordered 12 Supreme pack got a totally not acceptable regular taco pack, ordered a box and cheese sauce cup was a 1/4 full?) This location is a lost cause imo

Have been here 3 times and all 3 times I feel like I’ve been robbed. First time everything was so stale it was practically inedible, the soft shells were hard and the hard shells were soft. Second time I ordered the dipping taco box to treat myself after I left the ER next door – got home and sat down to eat and the damn taco was MISSING and the other 2 items were stale like before and they gave me a baja zero instead of regular, which tastes like straight chemicals to me, so all went in the trash. Craving a taco and tried again and somehow the cruchwrap was nearly empty and still somehow not sealed, so the meager filling just fell out the sloppy wrap. The taco was in the bag upside down and only had about a teaspoon of filling, thought it fell out in the bag, but nope it was just built empty. Stay away unless you’re into this kind of abuse.

I am Not happy that the employees have kept my change twice now. My order was $18 and change when I got to the window, I handed the young guy a 20, and he handed me a dollar and my order. I sat there for a minute he opened the window and said, “You need something?” I said my change, please . He said I gave it to you.” I said, “You gave me a dollar, What about the rest? I sat there for maybe 3 or 4 minutes and finally drove. It seems as if I had just disgusted him for asking for my money. As I said, this was my second time for them to do that. I didn’t ask for my change the first time. If they do it to all cash paying customers…. they have a nice little amount each shift to take home. District managers might need some secret shoppers. Call me.

Rude employees, food is never right, store is always dirty. Employees refuse to take your order and insist you use the kiosk. Employees lock the door when more than two people are in the dining area because they don’t want to deal with anyone. This place needs cleaned out and started from scratch.

The young lady at the register was new to the register, but still had a great attitude and willingness to figure out how to put in our (admittedly difficult) order. The same can’t be said for woman on the line and manager. Our order was brought up front at almost the same moment we finished ordering. When the young lady told the woman that our order had a several things that needed to be on the side, the woman aggressively snatched the bag off the counter and took it back. The young girl went back to explain and the manager started yelling at her for not telling them sooner. The poor kid didn’t have the chance to tell them! She still didn’t argue and maintained her professionalism and composure. Her parents should be proud of the kid they’ve raised. The other two hags should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of professionalism and obvious bullying.

Rude and dishonest! I made a mobile order, and when I arrived to pick it up was told they were closed, despite it being an hour before their posted closing time. When I insisted that I already had a mobile order, I was told, “just tell them you didn’t get it”. No apology, no explanation for why they weren’t honoring their schedule. Just dismissive, lazy attitude. Definitely do not recommend.

I absolutely love Taco Bell; however, the location in Arlington, TN has disappointed me on several occasions. The staff always appears to be behind. I have currently waited 20 min this time for a single 12 pack of hard/soft Taco’s. I know the store is new, but customer service always being prompt, professional and courteous is severely lacking. I would highly recommend Human Resources at Taco Bell Corp. do a “no notice” eval.

This brand new location needs to be shut down & demolished. Depending on which staff are working, you may or may not even be recognized. Dining room is NEVER open. Prob because no one wants to clean it. They try to pull the ol’ “Are you paying cash or card” racket so they can hopefully turn customers away based on their answer. Lazy, horrible, unmanaged location. It’s a shame too, Arlington is plagued with awful restaurants & bad service.

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The soft taco supreme weren’t folded properly like they just threw it in the bag, food was COLD when i arrived to work which was only 2 minutes away and was dry! Never again!
