Passing through on a trip and decided to grab food. We ordered ahead through the app. As we came to the restaurant it was the cleanest TB! The employees had hair nets and gloves on. The food was fresh and correct. The service was excellent and humorous. Whoever was working the speaker was clearly positive and happy and invited us to “head on down to taco town”. It was a quick stop that only added 4 minutes onto our trip time. Fantastic!! Thank you Airline Taco Bell!!!

Food is prepared with little to no care. Sloppy, quesadilla not fully cooked an unproportioned. Taco filled with burnt breaded chicken that’s hard and inedible. Wish I checked the reviews before ordering. This Taco Bell has the nicest exterior in the Memphis area, yet out of all the Memphis area locations by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. No knives or forks, no napkins. At a loss for words

Delicious food, quick service at the window, very friendly person on the drive-thru box and another friendly face at the window passing the food. High recommend to grab a quick and tasty bite to eat some Taco Bell classics.

We ordered in the drive through. 1/2 of the drive through screen is not functioning, so you cannot review the menu prior to order. The chicken quesadilla had very little inside, and was a bit of a mess. Overall, the experience was below what I expect from a Taco Bell, and my expectations are very low.

I stopped while working because l was starving…fat girls get hungry! I am so glad l did. The staff was exceptional and the food divine. I really enjoyed their kindness..people are mean these days. The store was squeaky clean. I don’t live in the area but do deliveries there….l will be back!

This Taco Bell is consistently awful. Order pickup placed on app can have long wait times upon arrival. Fast food? I think not. Here’s my Mexican pizza from pickup. Doesn’t it look delicious?!

I just learned today to never go to this particular Taco Bell at night. I ordered 2 double stacked tacos and recieved a dry tortilla wrapping a hard taco shell, no lettuce, no nacho cheese and barely any meat. I also ordered the double decker taco and recieved no meat or anything and all beans. Absurdly vile. I have never had an issue with the day crew. Food is always on point. Avoid this location at all cost at night. Horrible food quality

This is the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The soft taco supreme weren’t folded properly like they just threw it in the bag, food was COLD when i arrived to work which was only 2 minutes away and was dry! Never again!

Ordered at the drive-thru. Wasted a significant portion of my lunch break waiting on food that was never made. Guess since I wasn’t using the mobile app my order doesn’t count? Watched mobile orders being made and stacked on the counter while I waited for a meal I never got.
