Rest In Peace, Taco Bell. How could they literally gut you like this? Where will I ever get delicious late night tacos now? There is a void in my life that the Gray Taco Bell filled and now it’s absolutely gone. A metal husk is all that remaims…

I DoorDashed food from this location, I ordered a cheesy bean and rice burrito no beans add beef and onions, I got no beef extra beans no onions. I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito no fiesta strips, and I got a cheesy double beef burrito with no beef a ton of rice with onions in it. And for my drink, they put a sticker on the top of it, but the sticker didn’t cover the hole and it wasn’t connected on the two sides of the cup, so I don’t see the point of it. I’ve worked at multiple Taco Bell’s before and every screen in the place no matter where it is shows the order and the customizations to the order. The result of my order shows pure laziness and very poor attention to detail.

A run of the mill Taco Bell in the TRI City area of Tennessee.
Swung through while driving for a quick lunch. Grabbed my usual , a crunch wrap with steak instead of beef.
I was the only customer there so it took longer than expected but it’s not like it was a long wait, just worth mentioning.
The staff were polite enough but obviously we’re just there to do a job, I can’t blame them.
The crunch wrap was standard although pretty skimpy on the fillings.
Overall it was fine. Not great, just average.

Went to taco bell in gray Tennessee at 1 am on 4-2-24. And was told they had no beef, chicken or guacamole and they don’t close till 2am. How does a restaurant not have these items when still having a hour before closing. What is the use of being open when there is nothing pretty much to eat that doesn’t require beef or chicken. The most sorry taco bell I’ve been too. Its sorry that have to drive to Johnson city or kingsport taco bell just to get something to eat when gray is 5 minutes versus 20 to 30 minutes drive. I would never recommend this location to anyone. Everytime go to this location it seems like out of something or don’t get the order right. They need to get new management and ownership that knows how to keep inventory. Looks like Gray could use a good taco place that’s not always out of basic supplies for a taco. They all need better training at this location.

This is possibly the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Everything is spotless. They served breakfast, had their lobby open, got all of the orders right, and even complimented us.
I heard that the pop machine is broken, but it’s probably not even their fault.

Shout out to 2 employees especially, a very nice woman who was working the line with long brownish hair and the man who hsd his arm in a sling.
I’m on the spectrum and was very overstimulated. I had a treatment today too and my body was really weak. My nephew was doing the most being indecisive over the phone with his order snd my driver was on their way so I was just stressed.
I could tell she had a long day. And I probably didn’t help with my anxiety but I just want them to know they are fantastic and kind and fast food makes u wanna pull ur hair out and it’s not easy to stay kind. Thank you again and keep up the hard work ysll we’re super fast too.

We ordered $70 worth of food. Had to return more than half of our order due to the food not being cooked. Went to the store manager McKenzie and she said well what do you want refund or made again. The lack of caring was stunning me as a manager you would want your store to do better and use it as a teaching moment. I would love to speak to the “coach” of this manager whose name is Melanie. We asked for the district manager or owner contact information and mckenzie said she did not have this information. A young lady in a management position should have the information to give to customers when asked.

Absolutely awful the new people who now work at the restaurant don’t know what they are doing period. We got soggy tacos and every single one was smashed… and the the shells tasted funky like chemicals I don’t know how else to explain it. Everything was thrown into the bag with little care. I thought about calling and speaking to a manger but what good will it really do? I won’t be going back till new people come in that actually care about there job and do it right.

This was the WORST Taco Bell I have EVER been to! The food was all cold, not wrapped well with food falling out all over the packaging, crushed and smashed food, nothing heated and crunchy food was soggy,
Refried beans were replaced with black beans that had no taste!
Over all… AVOID THIS TACO BELL! Not worth the $30.00 that I spent!!!
