Since COVID, I have only used drive thru at this location. It’s usually okay, rarely great. But I went in this time because I was ordering so much food, & unsure about some of the items. No one was at the front counter when I entered but a couple of customers were using the machine in front of it. I don’t have an opinion on the self service kiosk, yet. And I had to ask how to order since I was using cash. (“I think you can use cash on the kiosk, but I can take your order if you prefer.” – I do). The young lady was very pleasant, helpful, patient, friendly, & efficient. They were out of my normal Baja Breeze, so I tried the frozen Blue Raspberry icee-like drink. A new fav! And they no longer have the French Fries The food was ready so quickly, I double checked to make sure it was all there. Then 3rd time in the car. When I got home, everything was correct, tasted fresh, & was delicious!!

This taco bell is a joke. A few months back, I went through the drive through at barely after 1am, they told me the grill was closed for the night already, an hour before the restaurant closed. Came through a few days ago at 10:20pm to be told they closed early due to staffing issues when the app let me place my mobile order and there was still people inside. The orders are never made correctly and they ALWAYS leave the cinnamon twists out of the bag. I try to be understanding but when it’s a negative experience every time and my food always looks like the pictures, I lose my patience.

This is my favorite taco bell!! My food is always fresh n hot. I do wish that taco bell would spread the meat n toppings on your food so it is even throughout instead of getting 1 or 2 bites full of sour cream n the rest not have any. Other than that tho I have no complaints

Food is great, service is absolutely terrible. It’s horrific. I just wanted some breakfast, which taco bell doesn’t open till 9am (way later than other places) and then close at 10. I was there at 9:30, tried to go into the lobby. Doors were locked for whatever reason, but there were workers inside. Tried to get their attention, tried to go through the drive though, even went up to the drive-through window and they could definitely see and hear me… they just never acknowledged me

I thought the parking lot and drive thru was a bit confusing and hard to get to. Like, the way I had to pull around to the drive thru line was very extra. However, there are 2 entrances, just one is easy to get to drive thru and the other is difficult. Other than that they were fast and friendly 🙂

Well….took a chance and ordered from this location again. Big surprise, didn’t get a drink I ordered. Asked for the jalapeno sauce on my tacos. One was literally DRENCHED in it. One of my 3 tacos had lettuce…..ordered no lettuce. Maybe the employee who made my order was starving because I got half an order of my nacho bell grande. A quick search on social media shows that the manager here doesn’t care to appease to customers and now have stolen and or disposed of a customers daughters purse. This place is an absolute joke. If you work here after 9pm, you need a serious reality check on the meaning of a job. Get your act together. Employees, in store management , as well as area management. I’ll be filing a complaint to corporate repeatedly until changes are made.
