Absolutely the worst. I ordered 2 nacho bellgrande and the chips were completely stale. And I picked up one of the chips covered in cheese and took a bite and noticed where I picked it up from the chip under it was also covered with cheese but had what looked like a part of bandaid and fuzz and hair deliberately put there and a chip put on top to cover it up. Completely unacceptable. I know things can happen. But this was no mistake. But come on Taco Bell employees. Do better. Be better.

Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.The past 2 times I have been here this week they mess up every item in every order.Just look at this Mexican pizza for example that I ordered.Look at it,that looks so unappetizing and it we literally had to peel it off the top of the box.Also if you try to modify any item they just ignore it on purpose even though they literally confirm you don’t want something on it.

This was the best Taco Bell I have ever had. Our food was full as it could be everything was hot. It was delicious. Whoever was working the kitchen on 11/20/2025 needs a raise. Never really have problems out of this one but tonight was above expectations.

If I could rate them negative 100 stars I would. First of all, the lack of hair nets that were worn, if the managers see this they can watch the cameras it was 9:30 pm on this date that we went.
The quesadillas weren’t cut and they didn’t have sauce. Not what we had asked for. We did an online order but we had to wait for 10-15 minutes. This isn’t our first time with problems at this location, our first time we were missing our Doritos tacos, I called and spoke to a manager and she had the most amount of attitude over the phone anyone could have. I think her name was Hayley. If you like having your order messed up and waiting ten years on it this is the place for you!

This is going to sound really harsh. Unfortunately, every week for months we have ate here and every time, without fail, they have never got our order right. Either they ring it up wrong or just fill it wrong. It doesn’t matter what we order, it’s never right. Two times ago I went in to get the food we had ordered and paid for and instead of being met with an apology, it was just “here’s your food”. From the manager on down they need to retrain their entire staff. If you mess up an order, the first thing that should come out of your mouth is “I’m sorry”. We don’t order complicatedly. Tonight was a simple 2 taco supremes, a hard shell taco, a quesadilla and a burrito supreme. There were no taco supremes in the bag. Instead there were 2 rolled up meat items and a chicken pita taco of some sort. The receipt is correct, but it feels like they just threw whatever they wanted to in the bag. I’m tired of having to go in after every drive-through order just to get the food I ordered. It’s exhausting! I understand messing up an order every now and then, I don’t understand when it’s just simply their way of doing business. They literally cannot get a single order right week after week and month after month. One cashier handed my change out the window and just let go of it. Dropped the coins all over the ground under the truck etc. no apology. And no offer to give me my change. Just handed me my food as if nothing had happened. Unbelievable.

This is a great Taco Bell, definitely the best in the Tri-Cities. The wait isn’t long like the other Johnson City taco bell and it always tastes good.
They also gave me a free bean burrito tonight so I might be biased

The king of the thrones! The guys that keep home depots toilet department in buissness. The one time in my life when i order and i know that ill pay for it later, but im always prepared! A gallon of water and a 12 pack of Mtn. Dew with a fully charged tablet while the floodgates open. Thank you taco bell for the intimate relationship me and my porcelin throne have developed! PEACE, LOVE, TACOS, AND 2 PLY TOILET PAPER TO ALL!

Absolutely worst Taco Bell I have ever been to – white woman with red hair deserves to be fired. I ordered through the app and my order was ready before I even left home. By the time I got to the drive through, the woman told me “DoorDash or mobile order only” even though there was still over an hour before close, which was fine for me because I gave her my name and said I ordered on the app. I wait 15 minutes to get up to the window before the woman with red hair has a 5 minute long conversation with her coworkers (all while I’m STARING AT MY FOOD ON THE COUNTER LABELED IN MY NAME) before she finally opens the window and goes “How can I help you?” It takes this woman another 5 minutes to fix my medium drink while she continues gossiping with coworkers. When I got my bag, it was missing items and the items I did have was FILLED with their disgusting cheese sauce even though I took it out in the app (WHY EVEN MAKE ME USE THE APP AT THAT POINT??). When I called the phone 5 times in a row, nobody picked up the phone. Employees are more concerned with gossiping (loudly with unprofessional language including lots of cursing) than doing their job, and are probably only telling people “DoorDash or Mobile Order only” because the employees are too lazy to do any work, so they waste customers time and money while they laugh and giggle and have a great time. The only reason I would stop at this Taco Bell again would be to light a cigarette on the remaining embers from their building burning down to their incompetent employees.

This taco bell is a joke. A few months back, I went through the drive through at barely after 1am, they told me the grill was closed for the night already, an hour before the restaurant closed. Came through a few days ago at 10:20pm to be told they closed early due to staffing issues when the app let me place my mobile order and there was still people inside. The orders are never made correctly and they ALWAYS leave the cinnamon twists out of the bag. I try to be understanding but when it’s a negative experience every time and my food always looks like the pictures, I lose my patience.

When u have customers standing for 20 min waiting on food and you’re filling online orders . Then give someone their food that just walked in and ordered . after u been waiting 10 min .before they even came in the door.. the online orders still sitting there . I think customers standing in the restaurant should be helped a lot sooner .
