I am DONE with this Tacobell location. My husband and I have spent so much money here. We ordered the Cantina chicken bowls and paid for extra chicken. The entire contents of the bowl don’t even fill it up halfway. We’re paying $20 for 2 bowls and not even getting ONE bowls worth out of the two. Even though it is across town for us, Pepo’s Burrito Bar will be getting our business 100% now.

I may have got 10 fries in my order of Nacho Fries. Rude employe, rushed me the entire time taken my order. Sry I don’t have your menu in my head. I do not work there! Thats your job. This place had been bad for awhile now! I ordered on the app so when I get there it will be quicker….WRONG! I sat at the speaker for 5min without a word til I started saying hello. Then I’m asked to pull around to the front and they will bring it to me. I was out front for 15 min! For 7 items!!! The entire time I was waiting, only 2 vehicles came thru so why did it take so long?! The girl at the window, that didn’t know I was there, was just on her phone instead of tryin to help! Ridiculous

Food was a little disappointing, even after confirming the order and making sure no jalapeno sauce was on the quesadilla it still got added so it got thrown away. Just not as good as it use to be and you sure don’t get the bang for your buck like you use to.

I’ve currently been standing in line with only one person in front of me since 8:02. The line hasn’t moved it’s currently 8:25 and not even one person can assist. There is no one in the drive through either. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION. The customer service will have you ready to assault someone smh.

If I could leave no stars I would. Every time I go through here the staff is so rude. But even worse than that, they NEVER put any beef hardly in my tacos or sandwiches. It’s literally like a teaspoon or less of beef. This particular time, I asked for extra meat, and told them I’d pay for it. On the Crunchwrap supreme, as you can see, I had eaten half of it before I FINALLY got to the meat. It’s so ridiculous. I really want to act out, but I’m not gonna. I will just never ever spend my money here again.

I know you should not expect much from a fast food place, but this one has some of the rudest employees I have ever had. You can tell they hate their job.
I gave them 2 stars, instead of 1 simply because the youngest employee was attempting to run the window, fill drinks and get the food ready while the others stood there on their phone the entire time.
Management needs to be replaced at this particular location.

I placed a mobile order for a cantina bowl and a Mexican pizza. When I got the food home 2 miles away, it was cold and I paid for extra chicken and cheese, there was no extra anything and the left off the toppings. The Mexican pizza was disgusting it had a weird moldy taste he couldn’t even eat it fearing he would get sick. They also left off all the toppings for the Mexican pizza. Disappointed
