I’m really disappointed in the night cook whoever it is. They could do way better with adding meat to any sort of food item that has meat in it. This is the second night I’ve spent a good bit of money here for a meal for the family, and our tacos tasted like just burritos filled with rice and lettuce when there’s supposed to be meat in them. They only added a tablespoon of meat IF that. There’s hardly any meat in their food and it’s ridiculous and inexcusable! Do better and put more love into your job or don’t work if you can’t make any food normal. I won’t be going here anymore! I highly don’t recommend going here, at least at night time. I never write bad reviews, but after multiple times of experiencing this I just had to warn everyone else!

Just left from there was eating nacho fries and at the bottom of my fries was something else tht was cooked it’s dark and squishy dnt knw but I lost my appetite gonna call them now disgusting won’t ever go there again and my chicken quesadilla was horrible looking and it was rolled up like a burrito said I’d make it right got to get hold of manager give me my money back I don’t know but this is wht was in it

My boyfriend’s dad placed the mobile order. Once we got home, I realized that we were missing two things: a crunchy taco and my very specific bean burrito. We went back and I said that we were missing things. The drive through attendant pulled up the order and then placed the free order to cover the cost of the replacement. I specifically said that I had a customized burrito and offered to drive around to show the customizations. He said okay. I pulled around and he handed me a bag with the two missing things. I once again said “do you want me to show you those customizations to make sure that it’s right?” He said “ehh” and I drove off to the side to check it. The bean burrito was completely uncustomized, which is a big deal because those extras cost extra. We had to place a second order and drive around to get it, meaning that we paid for the burrito twice. When we got home, I gave my boyfriend’s mother her crunchy taco, only to realize that it was completely soaked and inedible. Altogether, we were gone for a full hour when the taco bell is five minutes from the house. Horrific, truly.

I just visited this place late night and my money was not all right. So I was trying to fix it over my phone but I kept having problems and I was in the parking lot and was gonna have to leave and 2. Employees came outside and gave me my food and drink and said it’s compliments of them. Now that’s how to handle a business. It was not intentional of me but they still stepped up to the plate. And did the right thing instead of just throwing in the trash I applaud . The food was great too and the Baja blast was Perfect. have a great day. Super cool employees can make the whole experience. The management knows what they’re doing and it’s a close knit group.

Ordered twice in past 3 days and both orders have been WRONG! Called and spoke with Mgr April Rose, explained what occurred and she blamed it on kids and asked if I was a parent. She was totally inappropriate and tried to justify the mistakes! I asked for the general manager information and she gave me Jaime then hung up…no contact information. It took me 2 more calls to get contact info for Jaime. Will no longer support this local business as a resident and will tell all my friends and family-Do Not Give them business…spend their money elsewhere!

I’ve been coming here at least once a week for the past 6 weeks, at nite. I work right down the street so it’s easy for me to stop and get something to eat. Not once have I ever been greeted once I walk in the door. And I think it’s also real convenient for them that they force customers to use the kiosk display to place an order . Instead of me being able to walk up to the counter be greeted and place my order where I can specifically tell them how I want my order to be made. Where is I cannot do that on the kiosk.

Don’t eat here. It’s awful. The current manager is really rude and disrespectful. We’re calling corporate and or the owner tomorrow. Take out has gotten too expensive to ignore this kind of behavior especially from management.
