Went there late at night for the two of us to get dinner. Got only part of my order. Called them when I got back to the hotel and realized it. a very rude manager said we’re really busy. What do you want me to do about it? I said I can come back and get the rest of my order. I was told they were too busy to do that and hung up on me. I tried calling back a few more times but no answer went over there the next morning when I left the hotel talked to a young lady. She said my manager wants to talk to you and give me a phone number. I tried calling that number a few times and no answer…. So basically since it’s been a couple of weeks I feel they stole my money and won’t do anything about it. So I will never return to that location and probably not even Taco Bell again

Used to be good. Last week my order was totally wrong. Drove back, went inside after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru & the big girl at the window loudly told another employee “I can’t believe he came back”. They wouldn’t give me a refund. When I got home NONE of the meat was seasoned.

WORST customer service EVER!! First and foremost no greetings or anything. Stood there for like 10 minz only to be told that I suppose to use the kiosk… If we’re not use to using the kiosk how would a customer know to do so. That should’ve been addressed when we first walked in. The heavy black woman who’s supposedly was the manager didn’t do no justice!! Kept rolling her eyez as if we were a annoyance to her.. smh.. we would neva and ii mean NEVA come back nor recommend this establishment to no one!!

Generally I consider this to be the best Taco Bell in the area and would have given it 5 stars, but when we got home and opened the bag it turned out we were missing the sides from our combo meals (one cinnamon twist and one side of chips), they did include the nacho cheese dip for the nonexistent chips.

The Shell on the Mexican pizza tastes very old and I ended up throwing half of it in the garbage. I usually buy Mexican pizza every time I go but not from this place anymore. On the other hand they’re in enchiritos were perfect.

This taco bell has some of the worst attitude employees. I really am trying to be kind but I don’t know how to describe her. The large African American light skinned girl in the window has the worst attitude.( fyi i am African American) I thought it was me but i have 6 fellow co-workers that have had the same problem with her. I even had one yesterday ask for the manager because of her attitude. I myself gave Taco Bell two times before i know will quit going there. Obviously the management allows this for this to continually keep happening. One time was for breakfast and once for lunch. I know Taco Bell doesn’t give a darn about me, but i had to let anyone that goes there, this is what they are about deal with.

I went there tonight to get my girlfriend 3 supreme tacos and a medium starry. When I got home the starry was only seltzer water. And the “supreme” tacos only had sour cream and a little bit of lettuce had no cheese or tomatos.
