Every single time I order nachos fries they are cold and barely have seasoning on them. I usually have to go home and put them in the air fryer. I will also purchase a bowl of nacho fry seasoning so that i can season them the way they are supposed to be seasoned when i get home. Today I ordered large nacho fries. And I know better cause I don’t believe I’ve ever received a box of large fries that was actually filled. I am attaching a picture. This is what it looks like when you order a large. Why bother?? This wouldn’t even fill up a small fry box. When is this going to improve?

Ordered $25 worth of food. When I got to the window, I requested a ranch dressing. I was told I had to order it by driving back thru There were 10 cars in the drive thru! Every time I’ve been here, there is something they don’t have. Today it was the Baja Blast. Never going back to this Taco Bell!

They are a mess but you can hit the jackpot when they give you someone else order or randomly get extras in the bag it’s like playing slots though cause you might be the one that lost a taco or two SO why did I rate 5 stars well simple

The manager, Bri, is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered. She walked in last week and immediately started snapping at the employees for no reason. It’s like she’s on a power trip but it only made herself and the store look bad. Apparently this type of behavior is condoned by the store and district managers. I will definitely be making a call to the corporate office to let them know how this store is run. I feel bad for the staff who had to endure that treatment.

We went in through the drive-through and as we were looking at the menu, my mother, who was the one ordering, was asking me about the menu options. It was then that the guy on the headset started YELLING at my mother to get off the phone because there was a car behind us. She tried explaining that she wasn’t on the phone or anything and that she was just looking at the menu, but he was adamant that he could hear her in the phone. She was, in fact, not on the phone and was just talking to me. He then told us to either hon park or turn back around because we were holding up the line, after he had only been taking our order for less than a minute. Absolutely rude and unacceptable. When we turned back there was another person on the headset and she actually took our order. Whoever that was should seriously learn how to talk to customers and should be reprimanded. That is highly unacceptable.

I need cooperate to contact me asap!! I will also be calling another Taco Bell to report this behavior and bad customer service!! I ordered 40 dollars in food the boxes!! They didn’t even make the boxes and slung all the food upside down and MISSING HALF MY ORDER!!! And when I called they argued with me that they made!! The manager herself supposedly said that she made this order and so I said you made my box orders but didn’t even put them in a box’s and forgot half my food?! I said wow that’s not good management and I said will I be getting the food you forgot which was ALOT OF FOOD BECAUSE THEY SLUNG IT IN THE BAG!!! And they were mad because I was eating the part of my order that I did get!!! I just want what I paid for !!! This location needs a new manager and crew asap!!! Stealing people’s money is NOT OK AND BOT GIVING TJEN WHAT THEY PAID FOR !! I literally didn’t get any tacos just chuplupa and nothing basically from my 9 dollar box!!! Like wow!!! And beefy 5 layer burritos and so much more was missing was just a bunch of chalupas!! Will be calling cooperate next and sending them an email asap!!

Placed an order on the app, got to the order speaker and was told they’re only taking door dash or uber eats orders. Hours state on Google that they’re open til 2 am, it’s not even 1 yet. I said I placed a mobile order, and was told they’re not taking them. Well I already paid for it how am I supposed to cancel it? He said I’d have to request a refund on the app. I don’t know how to do that and why the heck can’t I be served????? I arrived at your advertised hours. There’s no reason why I could not be served!!!!! I’ll never come back!!!!!

I typically don’t bother giving reviews but I wish I could give 0 stars. My mother and I took a 15+ hour road trip and when we finally arrived, I decided I was hungry for Taco Bell. The staff is HORRIBLE. The female worker had the absolute worst attitude. I wouldn’t bother going here, especially with everyone else’s experiences. Read previous reviews — downright disgusting.
