0 in everything I’d give zero stars if I could but everything we asked for was wrong and not done in a swift manner I understand how most fast food is indeed not “fast” anymore because no one cares about their job anymore and people are so lazy this Taco Bell needs to figure it out from service, to atmosphere and to the disgusting food and the disrespect of ALL the employees would you want to eat something that looks like this? And when you asked for no sour cream haha better yet get told you are getting defensive at the window because you went to get yet another one because it was wrong haha oh well I got another one it’s just insane how you spend 20 dollars on food and they can never make it right and they make more than me now ain’t that something personally I think this location should be checked for some serious issues but hey I don’t know nothing

Worst experience ever. I ordered an online order…two crunchy tacos that were soggy and torn apart, rolled tacos that were smaller then my hand, the loaded nachos that came with brown guacamole, and my gordita that was soft and brittle. To top it off they forgot my sauces.

They have horrible customer service I asked for my nacho fries fresh and they just drop already cooked fries in grease and gave them to me with no seasoning so ofc I went to go get new one’s and the manager tells me that they were fresh and just came up yeah okay but look at the difference tho

Waited almost an hour for an online order. No real communication as to what happened, but kept waiting.Also, employees kept touching their clothes and bodies while wearing gloves then making food. No apologies for inconvenience or their mistake. Super disappointing because they have always had great customer service and fast service.

I would never allow the person that handled me @ the drive thru (btwn 10:30-11pm) to work with the general public. With all due respect, teach your people how to show respect. I’m not even talking about kissing you know what. I’m talking about being grateful and courteous. I definitely will not be returning to this location after such a nasty experience.

They gave me nacho fries that taste like they’ve been there for hours. Also when I was ordering the guy at the drive thru was very rude and cutting me off. I asked about the caramel apple empanada and apparently they don’t sell those anymore but it’s still on the menu and he was just very rude when I asked about them.
I work in customer service and this is not how you should treat your guest. Work on your customer service.

I ordered a chicken cantina meal that comes with avocado sauce. There was none in the entirety of the bags. There were no napkins, I ordered a bowl as well and there was no silverware. This is the worst experience that could’ve happened. The tacos were thrown together, the toppings weren’t fully in the tortilla. If I could give negative stars I would.
