I think the food could be worked on,fries could give be salted a tiny bit more and the food could be slightly fresher during the day however at night 10pm until breakfast the food is pretty decent.

Worst experience

Location: McDonald’s, 1030 Largo Center Dr, Largo, MD 20774
I had one of the worst experiences at this McDonald’s location with my family. Upon arrival, the restaurant was shockingly dirty. The floor was covered with trash, and when we found a table, it had spilled juice and leftover food from previous customers.
I kindly asked the manager if someone could clean our table. Instead of addressing the issue, she responded sarcastically, asking if I expected her to clean it. I told her I didn’t care who did it, I just wanted a clean table for my family.
Things got worse when we ordered our food. It was prepared and left sitting at the front counter for over 30 minutes without anyone calling us. When I finally asked about it, they pointed to our cold food still sitting there. I requested that the food be remade, but they refused.
My family and I were forced to eat cold food in a filthy environment. This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. I hope McDonald’s management takes immediate action to improve both customer service and cleanliness at this location.

5/31/25 at the Largo MD location I went thru your drive thru for a Hamburger Happy Meal with Fries, Apple Slices, Apple Juice. My receipt is order #1344. I was given a returned order #1244 with a bitten burger, two fries, one half empty, and no apples. Anna, red head Mexican, came to the drive thru window and slammed the window glass upon me asking for a refund and for corporate information. I received management numbers from a black woman manager with hair locks. I am glad I checked my kids burger before I served it to them, because who knows what someone could have done to that order?? But unfortunately, we did eat a few fries. Clearly I am furious and yes I did curse everyone out! I also never received my refund in which I paid with a card and still expecting refund. Corporate has been contacted as well as store management. I was offered gift cards and a new burger. I will never be supporting McDonald’s again so those offers won’t help! Please spread the world about these health concerns. Clearly orders are being returned and recycled. Completely gross!!

Food was hot n fresh, discouraging to see someone blocking entrance and as you pick up your food from drive thru asking for money and harassing customers. I was a fast food manager for years, and never allowed my guests to be harassed.

Showed up right at the switch from breakfast to lunch. Once things go situated, the lines ran smooth.
If only it was faster so I could have gotten breakfast as I intend when I got in line.

I came for the Grinch meal as I was on my way to get lights. This place is the worse. They have homeless people and all they stuff just in here sitting at tables and laying around. They Africa or Jamaican girl who took my money for my order is not customer service friendly. She put my food in my box did not close it. This is one of those moments the owner needs to do a pop up.

This McDonald’s needs serious improvement. The staff clearly don’t enjoy their jobs, and it shows in their attitude and service. If you’re looking for a quick, smooth grab-and-go experience, this definitely isn’t the place.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Walked in used the machine to place my order because there were other people standing around. Machine wasn’t taking payments which meant I had to pay at the register. When it was my turn to go up and pay I was greeted by someone who appeared to have been apart of management with a hand gesture to come forward. No greeting, can I all your order NOTHING just a blank look as if I’d annoyed her. I began to say I placed my order and need to pay. I have 2 TICKETS in my hand. She asked what was my number,,, {give number to pay} I then proceeded to say I also need to pay for the other one. In which the next comment was umm you just paid for your order….. I REPEATED I have 2 orders. She repeats again you JUST paid for the order. So I look at the paper and says clearly NTO because these are 2 different numbers and different meals… after about 15 second she says OH, well what’s the number. Pays for the tier and waiting. Not ATP someone has spilled some milkshake in the like area floor so I move to side, they began to call orders out and mother the ticket number, so I’m waiting listening for ticket. After receiving the second meal she asked what I was waiting for, I repoed my other meal. She states I was calling the meal you didn’t hear it. I replied I was listening for my NUMBER and not Golden meal…. At this time there was another customers waiting and she pretty much got the same flat, unwelcoming response. With a hand gestures to was asked did you order already. The older lady who could probably be my mom stated no, I was waiting. The manager replied well you was standing over there so I didn’t know. MAYBE because it’s milkshake spilled over the damn floor !!!!!! Vent ends and I likely will NOT return to this location. ✌

They need to close It down. Good luck getting anything from them at night because there system is so called always down, and the food is worst at night vs going during the day.
