Went through the drive thru and placed order. Didnt receive my full order, checked the receipt and saw I was charged for everything I ordered so I had to park and go in to get what was left off. The lady at the inside register was very nice and professional and went to make the item that was left out of our bag and As I was waiting, I could see that the girl at the drive through window was eating her food in between helping customers at the window and handing out orders. That should not be happening, especially since she was eating with her hands and not washing them or even sanitizing her hands in between. Also it is against health department rules. Send employees to a table in the dining room to eat. Managers and employees need to tighten up!

I go here more than I should…but your limited late at night..The staff are fairly rude most of the time. You are lucky if they make your order correctly. They REFUSE to take more than 1 order in the drive thru! And surprise surprise 8 out 10 times they either give you a wrong order or leave items out of it. I should go to cookout across town instead..

Stopped here on our way home from Gulf Shores. The bathrooms were clean, the dining room was clean, the service was quick, and they were accommodating. The food was good and we got exactly what we ordered. What I did observe was (we were the only people in the restaurant) the obscene language coming from the workers. They were using the “F” word very liberally, among other colorful language. I am not one to care if you cuss, just not in a place of business. I was glad there were no kids in the restaurant. It made me feel really uncomfortable. Also, the girl that was working the drive-thru was taking orders from her car and then coming into the store, ringing it up, then going back to her car ♀️ Maybe that is why some of your drive-thru orders are getting so messed up (I just read some earlier comments). So, I would eat here again, but next time, I would tell them how uncomfortable it made me feel to hear them talking like that.

My wife and I went through the drive through and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we got our food and drinks. We ordered, paid, and got our meals in less than 10 minutes! I got the cheesy Gordita crunch, crunchwrap supreme, and a Baja blast. It was great! Best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had.

Went through the drive thru. Placed an order. She read it back to me correct but still forgot to actually place it. Paid for the meal. Received my meal to only notice half of it was missing. Spoke to them about the issue. Told me oh well and to drive back around to place it again bc they don’t take orders at the window. Ma’am this is your staffs fault not mine so why do I have to get back in a backup line bc you can’t hire staff that listen or are under the influence and forget to place an order?? Places like this you have to make sure you’re on your P’s & Q’s to ensure they don’t mess up your order. Can’t expect people like this to do anything right.

Told I had to go inside to pick up the order. Went inside didn’t get service for about 10 min 3 people walked by didn’t say anything 5 people there only 2 people actually working.
