I had just got off work. I placed my order. When I got to the window, the employee just said the amount that was due. I gave her the money and she closed the window. She gave me my food and did not say a word. I asked for napkins because they never remember and another employee gave me some didn’t say a word. Their customer service is awful. When I got home, I opened up my Mexican pizza as pictured below, and it looks like somebody had dropped it and stepped on it. So obvious this was done on purpose. I tried to call and no one would answer I will never go back to that Taco Bell. Ridiculous! And I don’t leave reviews usually.

Come here mostly around 11 pm – 12 am at night. Without a doubt this is the best Taco Bell I’ve been at in this area. Especially for late night workers like me that are heading home and want to grab a quick meal. The staff are always friendly, quick, and on point. If they had an option to give tips I would give them tips all the time.

At the beginning, we waited for about 20 minutes at the ordering place. The staff responded to me and asked me to wait. After 20 minutes, we asked several times but still no one responded. I could only go to the window to ask why. The staff said that if someone wants to order something, their machine will make a sound. Then I said what if I need to order something. They asked me to queue up again. I said it was not my fault. Why should I waste my time queuing up again? Then they started to curse and I could feel that they were racist.

Waited at the order window for over 10 minutes with no customers in line in front of us. When we kept trying to ask to order, they told us to hold please. Did not explain neither what the hold up was nor why they could not take our order. When informed that we had been waiting over 10 minutes, the service worker was extremely rude. Would not recommend this location.

We stopped here on our way back to Georgia from Destin , Fl for a quick bite. There was a girl working , very polite. And she was doing it all, taking the orders, greeting the guests , sweeping the floor as well. We had bean burritos , and wraps . There are vegetarian options 🙂
