The restaurant itself looked clean on the outside, but unsure of the inside and didn’t go in due to it raining, so I went through the drive-thru. The employee was nice but forgot to give me my straws for my drinks and unfortunately I got some really old, stale, crunched up “tacos”. But what can ya say? It’s a fast food joint on a college campus in Auburn, enough said.

Last two times I’ve gone, my drink has had zero ice. All the stories of waiting forever in a short drive thru are true. There are certainly some good, friendly employees, but most encounters are exceedingly negative. The food is often not how I ordered it, and overall it’s just a terrible experience. I continue to go back because I like Taco Bell, but every time I ask myself more if it’s worth it to risk getting poorly prepared food after an hour wait.

I’ve never given a review to anything in my life before. But I’m so enraged with how consistently awful this Taco Bell is that I cannot sit by and let clueless, innocent first-timers subject themselves to this level of atrocity. If I could give it zero stars, I would. You’ll have to wait in line for potentially HOURS. No joke. And they might just close while you’re waiting. So you may not even get your food. Plus even if you manage to get your food, the quality and service are equally god awful. From the bottom of my heart, I have never had a worse fast food experience in my entire life. And I’ve been called slurs at a Popeye’s before. I would experience that a 1000 times rather than come back here even ONE more time. If I’m dying in the streets, and this Taco Bell is the only available source of food, I will spend my last fleeting moments crawling to the one on South College. Go to another location, there are 2 more in the Auburn area that are much better. I hope everyone involved with this location is fired immediately. In the meantime, imma make a petition to get this place shut down for the well-being of all Auburn residents and visitors.

Went in around 12:30 and ordered the amazing cravings box from Auburn Taco Bell. Everything was well packed and came with many sauces when asked for, overall quick and delicious meal that I would proudly go again.

Waited in the drive through line for about 45 minutes (2 cars away from the speaker) and then once I got to the speaker it took another 20 minutes for anyone to speak to me. Anyone would expect fresh, hot food after waiting this long, but my food was 1) incorrect, 2) not good nor fresh, 3) workers were acting like it was inconvenient for me to be there.

The ABSOLUTELY WORST taco bell to go to! The lines are mostly always long and even when you go in the inside it’s still a long wait time. They have you doing weird stuff like pulling to the first window and waiting there, then when they waive there hand, you pull up. Also, sometimes they’ll tell you to drive back around to the mic and wait there. Then you got some employees who drag around like it’s nothing to do. Their bathroom is nasty like it never get clean….just try to avoid this taco bell all together
