Came here @2:56am and was polite. Asked for 3 hard tacos supremes and a chicken chalupa since they didn’t have any specials available. Record my food all tacos had literally almost to no meat and skimpy. Poorly made tacos. Completely ridiculous and a rip off will definitely be Basically gave me a no meat taco and the shells felt old. Disappointed to see this I truly feel like Taco Bell has just fallen off the map when it comes to theirs standards from an employee to customer performance. What good is an establishment if the business is operating poorly. After my initial review I clearly see a pattern with other customers stating the same exact thing. And yet months on in and even days, to just weeks apart from reviews the same complaints. Needs new management at this point.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Taco Bell location. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for my order, which is far too long for fast food. There was no clear communication about the delay, and by the time I received my food, the experience had already been frustrating. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but this wait time was unreasonable, and it made the overall visit a poor one.

HORRIBLE! Needs to be closed down! They never have ANYTHING! I’ve been 3 times to get the nacho fries,they never have them! And they never have any of the freezes! Always only ONE flavor! No wonder there is NEVER any customers there! I go to this one because the location is convenient for me but NEVER AGAIN! I will HAPPILY GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!

Ordered tonight and when I bit into my crunchwrap supreme was disappointed to find half of it contained solely lettuce, no meat or cheese. The other half contained only a small portion of meat. Was super hungry so was quite disappointed by the sloppy way it was made and the terrible portioning of the food.

The restaurant itself looked clean on the outside, but unsure of the inside and didn’t go in due to it raining, so I went through the drive-thru. The employee was nice but forgot to give me my straws for my drinks and unfortunately I got some really old, stale, crunched up “tacos”. But what can ya say? It’s a fast food joint on a college campus in Auburn, enough said.

I am not one to leave a review ever, but I want to give a special shoutout to April at the drive thru. She is there almost every time I come, and while that isn’t often, she makes my experience every time. She is always working so hard and remembers my face even after months of not seeing me. I feel like most fast food places in Auburn seem to not have the kindest employees, so wanted to shout out a rare kind soul. Love getting to see her!
