It’s Taco Bell. The food is what you should expect from fast food and is on par with other fast food. What made this good was the staff. While other fast food places in Daleville absolutely suck with their service the young staff had our order right the first time and were pleasant, quick, and helpful. Again, you shouldn’t expect the food to be great, because it never has in the history of taco bell, but I will go back because it was not staffed by rude incompetents, like the local McDonald’s.

It took more than 45 minutes to receive our order and when we did finally get our food it was ice cold. We sat in the dining room and ate our food. I have never heard anyone say I’m sorry more than the servers and manager of this place. I do NOT recommend at all.

It’s usually pretty good, but last time I went the quesorito I ordered was made completely wrong. It was floppy and missing the quesadilla part of the burrito. The staff are super nice, but the cooks need a retrain on how to properly prep food.

Over the last few years, my family and I have been eating here. most of the time our order is wrong, or dry and hard and usually very long wait times. Very disappointing when I donate to the Taco Bell college found every time I order and the order is never right.

This is my go to location, even though I live in Enterprise. The staff is always friendly. Service can be delayed at times, but they are busy and understaffed, so a wait should be expected.

It’s your basic taco bell. The food is hit or miss. One thing I can critique is the fact that they are very greedy with their guac. If you order anything with guac, you can expect VERY little.

Please stop having people pull up past the drive thru window. You’re only causing confusion and tempers when people get their food and can’t get past the car in front of them. You aren’t any more efficient by doing this, unless you widened the drive thru. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

My Son & I flew in from Seattle (WA) on our yearly visit to my late Wife’s memorial in Ozark (AL) & needed a bite and decided on Taco Bell. Soon as entered we were greeted by Shandralyn ( ) who took our orders. Excellent food & a lot better than other TB’s I’ve visited. Food was very fresh & tasty. The staff were extremely courteous & professional. Nice clean establishment. We’ll be back! G

So I’ve been here twice, one time they forgot an item and now the second time I order the taco pack supreme which is 13 dollars more on top of it already being 16.99 and I got all regular tacos no supreme. Kinda upset, don’t recommend this Taco Bell.
