I went around 11:30pm. My food was tossed in the bag and there was very little need in the crunchy taco. I was never given any taco sauce nor was I asked if I wanted any. Was not a good experience after not going for a while. I expected better.

Everything was horrible cold meat. chips tasted like nasty old. oil churros were stale they forgot a taco out my order and the supreme dip wasnt even warm the mexican pizza was made with hate. Man i used to love taco bell n this is the 3rd time ive gotten food poisoning at diff ones its like theybare trying to make people sick. They really have every single time given me cold meat n ive gotten super sick. Ive tried 3 diff ones the one in dothan the one in daleville and the one in florida. 3rd times a charm will never eat at another taco bell as long as i live. They hate their customers flat out they want us all to get sick and u cannot change my mind about it. This is the 2nd fast food place in daleville that has given me undercooked bad food.

The food would have been great if the employees knew how to read. Nothing was customized the way I ordered it on the app. Why bother to have the option if they just make it how they want. The rice was actually soft! The other local Taco Bell’s it’s always dry and hard.

My Son & I flew in from Seattle (WA) on our yearly visit to my late Wife’s memorial in Ozark (AL) & needed a bite and decided on Taco Bell. Soon as entered we were greeted by Shandralyn ( ) who took our orders. Excellent food & a lot better than other TB’s I’ve visited. Food was very fresh & tasty. The staff were extremely courteous & professional. Nice clean establishment. We’ll be back! G

Went through the drive through at 5pm. The meat was cold, and they failed to put sour cream and tomatoes on my taco supremes. The amount of lettuce they added was criminal.
