Look the only issue that I had that night was that the people in front of me ordered $110 worth of food and when we got our food it was a little messy probably because they were in such a rush which is OK still ate it still good food I just wish the people in front of me did not order $110 worth of food and the only other discrepancy that I had was was that I wish that the lobby was open a little lighter because it is a semi military area so the lobby could probably stay open till at least 11 that would be a good idea to look out for a future reference. Thank you.

I always use the app to order and things tend to glitch with it which messes up the order so watch out for that. They usually correct any issues at the store and are nice about it. The only thing I don’t like is online orders are not prioritized at all, I usually wait average of 15 minutes and watch while the team makes all the drive through and walk in orders first. Then usually have to deal with a human mistake or app glitch. Again they take care of it but by that time the food is cold. This scenario has played out 6 times in the past three months for me.

I did an online order to feed 4 people. They shoved everything in one bag, so all of the food was squished. On the order, it asks how many sauces you want, but then didn’t put them in the bag. No napkins. The bean burritos were so dry you literally had to chew the bean goo and no sauce to help with how dry they were.

Went through the drive through on the way home. Got a Mexican pizza extra sauce extra cheese and sour cream. Absolutely delightful to open when I got home. Thanks to guys in lenlock alabama!! Know it’s hard to serve that time of night.

Horrible experience, they always forget items. Lobby was closed early, waited in line for about 30 minutes. I had already placed an online order. Order was made wrong, I had to get back in line due to them messing up the order . First I called, and they said come back through the drive-thru. Line was so long food qould be cold and soggy by the time I would have made it back to the window.. I walked up to the window he said I would have to get in the car and try to get in front of one of the cars knowing people been waiting for a while. They need a better system!!!!
