Today, I stopped by here for lunch, and ordered the double western bacon cheeseburger meal in the drive through. I asked for a side of Mayo and ketchup. After receiving my meal, which isn’t cheap, there was no ketchup or Mayo in my bag as I got down the road. My cheeseburger burger was luke warm, at best! I have made cold sandwiches that were warmer than this thing. My bun was also crunchy, pretty sure it shouldn’t have been. Anyway, cheers to you all who brave this location!

I had the Santa Fe Chicken sandwich. I used to get it when it first came out & it always looked like a menu picture! And tasted that way too. This last time, it was slimy, & soggy & falling apart. And my friend, Linda, her burger was dry & burnt & nasty tasting, she said. I don’t know if I will give it another chance or not. Maybe, for the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Those are hard to screw up.

I just visited this Carl’s Jr recently from out of town and was very disappointed with the attitude coming from the cashier, Kelly. She was condescending to me when asking questions about their menu, and seemed to be in a hurry. Later while eating, I overheard her take the same tone with other employees. Another customer at the next table over even commented that she seemed she was having a bad day. I hope this others when choosing between Carl’s Jr and In and Out.

I ordered a double western but the counter lady heard something else. When I came back to the counter after about three minutes she said to the man,who I believe is the manager she couldn’t remember what happened ten minutes ago. I would never order a burger with tomatoes so I know I didn’t order it. The man was very polite but the lady needs some work .
