When we arrived we were totally ignored by the personnel. And when I say totally ignored, I mean they didn’t even look at us or acknowledge our presence. We finally ordered from the kiosk. When I picked up our order, I told the young man behind the counter that when a customer comes in, if they cannot personally take the order, they should suggest ordering at the kiosk. He then proceeded to tell me there were signs to do that. I should have read them. (There were no signs to do that. I checked.) Food not that great, but the order was accurate. Personnel were rude. I won’t be back.

Always fresh and exactly what you would expect for a Taco Bell. Service is always friendly and nice. Restrooms have always been clean and fully stocked with soap, towels, and tissue every time I’ve visited.

It’s so rare to have someone like her to take your order. Ashley is so patient & kind. You have a gem working for you. She makes people want to come back. To the OWNER of this location. My 4th visit, 3 of the 4 you are out of ingredients such as sour cream. I would visit several times a week if you could figure out how to ensure you have simple ingredients to prepare your entree’s. It’s not rocket science. One time it was Mt dew. One time it was tortillas, this time sour cream. Such a beautiful restaurant going to waste. Find someone who can forecast sales and keep those main items in stock. Please!!!!

You can’t pay with a card in the drive thru, so I went inside to order. 1 employee was working the drive thru, and 1 employee was getting the orders together and bagged. Both employees looked at me when I walked in, but no one spoke. I stood there at least 5 mins and They never even looked back toward me until someone who was eating at an outside table walked back in, and then the young man who was getting orders ready immediately spoke to me and walked over to take my order. I placed my order and sat down to wait on it. The food was delicious ♡ I guess my opinion would be this. 1st of all, fix the card reader at the drive thru because it has been messed up 3 days that I know of. 2nd- If you don’t have anyone to take orders inside, then let the cashier working the drive thru use 1 of the registers to ring up orders so customers can pay with their card. 3rd- If I had been the worker, I would’ve at least spoken to the customer and let them know I would be with them as soon as I could, and then apologized for such a long wait and thanked them for being patient.
