3/3/25: We stopped on the way to the airport. It was the best choice we made with time. The place is very clean, inside, outside and the restroom.
Estevan and Luz were on duty. Both were helping customers when we walked in. We were not worried about being greeted or not as soon as they were free they both made us feel welcomed.
We went in for the $7.99 Monday deal. Estevan took care of us. He let us know that steak is a little more. No surprise. He went over our options. He went over the extra cost for queso or guacamole. Not a problem.
Luz was our cashier. She was very helpful and did a great job explaining the Rewards program, she was patient and was very detailed.
I feel both employees merit recognition for their excellent customer service. If we’re in the area this will be our new stop.

Got dinner last night. About a year ago I stopped eating here due to lack of cleanliness and poor food quality. My kids wanted to go last nights. Glad we did. Very noticeable difference in cleanliness. Food was fresh. Service was good. Will be returning sooner than later.

Drove 40 minutes because I was craving Moes. This restaurant did not disappoint.
Food was fresh (even at a slower time) and I was greeted immediately. Plus all three employees were rather friendly! This was a win.

Californian here, spot was overall good, all the meat looked very dry and tired, but the chicken adobo burrito i got was great, first time to one of these joints and I was blown away by the free chips and the multitude of sauces, a good salsa bar sells me every time! 9/10

I love it every time I place a take out order, which is every time I want it. They’ve never got my order wrong. The food is so good. I’d choose Moe’s over chipotle any day. Staff is very nice. My favorites are the homewrecker burrito and the queso.

I recently visited Moe’s and had a disappointing experience. The employees were rude, which made the visit uncomfortable, and the pricing on the menu was incorrect, leading to confusion at the register. Overall, the service fell short of expectations, and I would recommend addressing these issues for a better customer experience. The employees didnt care about us being over charged or that the menu was wrong on the edgy viggie that they should of honored for 9.99 and not 10.99. Also we didnt get greeted when we came in the door so in my mind we should of got the meal for free. Does this store not have to go by same rules. The empolyees also thought it was a joke about adding my rewards. Not sure if they new or they wasnt trained on how things work.

I usually love Moes but this location was really disappointing. They had no guacamole, corn salsa/tomatoes, onions and peppers. Free Guac is the whole point of Moes. Mind you, this was at 5 pm so no where near closing time. We asked if there would be more guac made soon and the worker said no. No sorry or anything. Thats pretty bad customer service. To top it off, every moes I’ve gone to for moes Monday includes chips and drink with a bowl but sadly this one did not. Would highly not recommend this place, go to the McDonald’s across the street you’re better off there.

To put it politely…it was under whelming. They used pincher tongs for the meat not a spoon. Another restaurant I have to go out of town to get better service.
