I’m going to start with these tables. Taco Bell is on way too much business to be allowing the world’s stickiest tables to remain in the restaurant. The service isn’t service at all. Looks like everyone’s clocking in and looking right down at the prep tables. People are walking in and out and rarely do you see a staff member look up to help the next customer. Let’s just face it, experiences like this remind me just how bad the fast food restaurant business has gotten. With the new screens everywhere, They don’t even have to help you. And that’s not even bring up the fact that you guys have restaurant prices and you’re just about restaurant speed restaurants like this abolish the idea of fast food restaurants. Still love the recipe though. You guys need to work on housekeeping.

Order 2 beef chalupas with soft taco and unsweetened tea.
Was listed on screen as sweet, so I confirmed at the window, was assured unsweetened. Took it, got back to my office, tea is sweeter than any southern tea I’ve had before, grabbed my water bottle instead, went to eat beef chalupas, they were chicken. Check ALL items before leaving.

Feb 7, 2026. Absolutely horrible experience. Came at 11pm and got yelled at to leave the dining room because “the dining room is close” when posted hours say they close at 3 for dine in and drive through. Went through the drive through where they proceeded to yell at us because “the dining room is open for pick up orders” and i could not receive my food through the drive through. After going inside, another employee yelled further to leave the building, stating I had already talked to a manager and resolved the issue. When I told them I still didn’t have my food, said employee and a manager both began to yell at me. Absolutely insane way to treat customers. Avoid this location at all costs

Horrible customer service. I got home and realized one of the items I ordered was missing from the bag. Normally I might let it slide, but this time it really mattered—my kids were excitedly waiting for that dessert. I drove 15 minutes back to the store just to get it, only to be blamed for the mistake and completely ignored when I tried to explain the situation. No apology, no accountability, nothing. The bare minimum would have been a simple “I’m sorry this happened”—instead, I got attitude and dismissal. Very disappointing experience.

the person who took my order for my food was extremely rude and sassy towards me and my husband it was a decent sized order after we was finished we pulled up to the window got our food made our way back home which is 30 mins to almost an hour and once we opened our bags to sort through our food we was missing many items and they gave us different items then we ordered aswell to me this was already upsetting experience with the customer service but i am pregnant and i was very hungry so i called with my receipt the moment i realized my food was missing and messed up and told them my situation but 3 horribly rude workers & Manager accused me of lying and saying the items were in the bag but i guess on our way home casper the friendly ghost decided he was hungry tonight and they didn’t forget my items ? i told them id bring back the bag with everything in it and let them go through it themselves i was willing to drive almost a hour back! but they kept saying i was lying and there’s absolutely nothing they can do this place needs new workers or shut down completely if you are going to have such a terrible attitude while working with peoples food then you shouldn’t be working in a taco bell or anywhere that handles food so inconsiderate they made me feel so terrible about something they messed up i ended up crying and not even eating the messed up food something needs to be done about this no one deserves to be treated this way but i guess it happens often considering there are so many one star reviews

Ordered a mobile pickup which said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant 15 minutes later and stood around for another 10.
I was ignored by several members of the staff including a woman who handed an order off to another customer and saw me waiting. She made no efforts to address me or find out what I was waiting for.
Eventually another woman finally asked why I was there and I explained I made a mobile order almost half an hour ago. They refused to hand my order, which was already paid for, over to me there, telling me I had to come around in the drive through. I came inside because I wanted to avoid the drive through, which was backed up with several vehicles.
Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Taco Bell was underwhelming. The food was just okay—nothing special. The staff was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. The restaurant had a dingy atmosphere, and to top it off, there were no menu screens, making it difficult to see what you’re ordering. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to.
