Meet the newest rule-breaker at Block 16 Urban Food Hall—Naughty Patty’s, where the classic diner gets a rebellious makeover. This isn’t just another burger joint; it’s a bold, flavor-packed experience. At Naughty Patty’s, the smash burgers are sizzling, stacked, and sinfully delicious, seared to crispy perfection and loaded with crave-worthy toppings. Pair it with golden fries and a rich, creamy concrete, and you’ve got a meal that’s equal parts nostalgic and unapologetically indulgent. So go ahead—break the rules, take a bite, and get a little naughty.

The meal, priced at 25, included burgers, fries, and bottled beverages, which is a reasonable value considering its location on the strip. However, the burger itself was quite disappointing. The patty was significantly overcooked, resulting in a very dry texture, and it lacked sufficient seasoning. The seasoned fries, on the other hand, were acceptable.

Love the service and the ambience here. I should’ve ordered the burger though because I ordered the chili dog and fries. Unfortunately, the dog was only lukewarm on the inside. The bun and chili are delicious, but I asked for cheese and then they put it in a wrapper and all the cheese bonded to the paper and was difficult to scrape off. The fries are overly seasoned for me. I really should’ve just gotten the burger!

We came to Naughty Patty’s for the Pop Up with Sam the Cooking Guy. We tried the Naughty Sammy burger. One of the best burgers we have ever tried! The Pork carnitas SMASHED in to the Smash burger was so flavorful! The Seasoned fries were perfectly seasoned and crispy. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant is a fun vibe in a convenient location in the Cosmopolitan.

I stopped in hoping to enjoy a good burger, but unfortunately the experience fell short. The staff spent a lot of time loudly complaining about how much they dislike their jobs, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere and didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the food.
When I got back to my hotel and opened the burger, it was disappointing. The patty was dry, and the bun had already become soggy from the cheese by the time I went to eat it. On top of that, the condiment station was messy and poorly maintained — I actually had to open a brand-new bottle of mayonnaise because none of the ones out were usable.
Overall, this visit felt disorganized and unwelcoming. I came in wanting a simple, satisfying burger and left pretty disappointed

The food was ok. It wasn’t busy so the burgers didn’t taste fresh off the grill. They tasted like they had been sitting a while and the cheese didn’t appear to be new, but looked like they placed a piece over some old cheese.
The ambiance is good because it’s on the second level of the Cosmo. We spent $67 on two burgers, two fries and two waters. Was it worth it? No not to me. I won’t come back because there are too many options.
The “special sauce” is horrible. Do yourself a favor and ask for it on the side.

Decent burger but way over priced like most things on the strip. Bobby’s burgers is a better option but this can work in a pinch. Or better yet, go to China Pablano next door. WAY better food for the price

I’ve had my share of smashburgers and Naughty Patty’s was not good. It lacked flavor. It needed salt and pepper at the very least. The edges weren’t crispy as like other spots I’ve tried. I was disappointed with the fries. I made mines dirty with chili and cheese and it was a slice of American Cheese on top.
Not a spot I’d recommend. I think it can be better if they truly made the burgers tasting good.

We got takeout from Naughty Patty’s while staying at the Cosmo. As to be expected with everything else in the resort, the food is extremely pricey for what it is. A fried egg add-on was $4, which seems excessive. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The smash burgers were cooked nicely and the fries were super crispy and the seasoning was great. The service was surprisingly quick and friendly.
Overall, it is a very solid option for quick food while at the Cosmo.

These aren’t freshly cooked fries. I simply asked for extra crispy fries. The server took the fries and slammed them in the trash and placed in my bag a new bag of fries that was meant for the next person’s order. She made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. I nicely said that I wanted freshly cooked, hot, crispy fries. She completely ignored me and clearly had an attitude. I paid in cash for my food, and if I desired freshly cooked fries, she should have accommodated my request without being unprofessional. Cooking a customer fries a little extra crispy than what they normally do shouldn’t have been a problem. Please teach your employees that the customer has the right to ask for what they paid for. You, the employee, don’t pay for the product or own the company. Satisfy the customers’ reasonable requests. I should have requested a refund.
P.S. I dine there the night before and upon request the server did cook me fresh, crispy fries with no problem. Hence, why I returned again for the fries. The staff that worked last night was much nicer. Unfortunately, I will not return as a customer.

Way too expensive for what you get. The bun is cold and they beverages are bottled only with no comp refills. Save your money and go to In and Out or Whataburger. Over $50 for 2 basic burgers, 1 fry, 1 bottle soda and 1 bottled water. Food is not as good as a basic drive through. Didn’t pay close enough attention when it said the minimum tip thinking it would be a dollar ended up being over $8, that was our bad. Tipped for nothing.
