If there was a way to leave 0 stars for a rating I would have given it the biggest zero. Extremely frustrated by the attitudes of employees and quality of food. Missing crunchy taco when I came back to the location the employee gave me attitude about replacing old and soiled food. The replacement meal is worse than the original, the taco is inedible completely sopped in grease while the other items are in old tortillas. Completely disappointed on the transaction and the cleanliness of the employe serving my food. No apron present while making my food and didn’t have a name tag on their person. Total lack of accountability within this store. As a former employee it saddens me to see the quality of service and food diminished by inadequate management.

This worker was very disrespectful and uncourteous when suggesting that we use the kiosks instead of ordering from the counter. He continued to talk derogatory about us until our food was ready. Shortly after receiving our food, I noticed a special surprise. Charred pieces from the grill were inside my guac nicely placed on top. In fact, that was the nicest gesture here so far. Lmao yes that’s a joke.

Wasn’t going to post but I was sick and throwing up this morning was extremely disappointed with Taco Bell last night spent about 37 dollars for this and waited about 45 minutes for the order and it was wrong and hardly any meat only on the ends of my taco and stuffed with veggies and when I cut back in line to correct my order for the inconvenience the guy at the window throws in a bunch of free taco coupons, that will be the last time at that location, highly disappointed

This is a descent Taco Bell. It didn’t exist when I lived here 10 years ago but it’s pretty clean and the food quality is good. For an restaurant that wasn’t busy at all though, the staff were wandering around aimlessly and pretty much ignored me.

Slapped my quesadilla together and didn’t even cut it. It wasn’t crispy at all really hard to eat and looked so sloppy. It wasn’t even busy. It’s not even cheap anymore and this is what I get bc I was craving Taco Bell. Very unimpressed. Ppl work hard for their money and just bc I choose to eat fast food doesn’t mean they have to serve it like this. The company should be embarrassed of how their products are presented to the public.

Stood at the counter for over 10 minutes, never got my order taken, someone finally acknowledged my presence and said someone will be right me. I got overly excited, and waited another 10 minutes and never got served and told them I would go somewhere else to eat. The pictures of the food looked good on the menu tho. Update, 3/27/23 , tried to eat here again and was told by the cashier with the gold teeth to order from the kiosk cause he was the only cashier. I place my order and look up and he’s standing there not doing anything, but couldn’t take my order.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I recently started coming to this location on the way home at least three times a week. I normally order at the kiosk, last week I ordered and paid online. When I arrived to the location to pick up the manager could not find my order. I provided proof via phone of the charge and showed the order which was now idling due to the reception in that area. Basically my order never processed. I Replace the order thinking that the order will be taught you to already been charged, was told that I would have to settle the issue with taco bell.com online. Because I had already dissipated on my order I placed a new order paid the amount again with the understanding that I would receive a refund for the previous order once I contacted Taco Bell or the amount would drop off. Being that I work in retail my issue was mostly the customer service because no one really was explaining anything, I had to ask questions and it was like they didn’t even want to offer empathy about the over charge. I did ask for a courtesy small drink or freeze the manager told me no but eventually she gave me a courtesy small drink after I made a point about it. I did explain to her that due to the inconvenience that would’ve been something that should’ve been offered as a courtesy or as customer service personally since I could not be refunded and didn’t know actually if I would get resolvemwnt once I reached out to taco bell online. I will not eat here again they have the freshest shells here that I’ve had and this is the reason why I was coming to this location but customer service alone loses my money. It’s the principle- I love Taco Bell and having been eating it since for over 20 years, this is my first complaint – Once I got home my food was unacceptable I ordered a power bowl which had missing items and a potatoe side which was over cooked hard with sour cream and cheese on top. I couldn’t even eat it the potato’s were crispy hard as if they had been sitting on the warmer for a long time.
