One of the worst Taco Bell‘s in the area. I live less than a mile from here. I have ordered Uber eats from here as well as went and picked it up. They can never remember the sauce. Tonight ordered two soft taco Supremes and a volcanic burrito. With extra hot sauce. On the screen, it said nine hot sauces. I got zero and when I got home neither of the soft tacos were Supremes. They were just meat, cheese and lettuce. I don’t know if they can’t read but every single time I go here I have a problem.

I live local and been coming here for years…. Some reason I keep going back because I just love Taco Bell….. but honestly every single time they are missing something. Burned yet again on our pick up order. This Taco bell always forgets stuff, tonight we had to ask for half of our order. Our meals were cold yet made while we waited. 5 layer burritos were damn near empty. Wraps not rolled, just tossed in a wrapper. If this is what $15hr fast food looks like, were screwed with this generation… I guess cheat meals are out. #pathetic #dobetter

This Taco Bell should be shut down – It’s been six months since my last visit. Every time I try to give them another try, the food is terrible. Today, the Mexican pizza tortillla that was used, tastes like the smell of old cardboard, suggesting that the tortillas that were used for the Mexican pizza are stale. I had to stop after a couple bites. The beef used on it was not seasoned at all, and the tomatoes are almost translucent, closer to pink. Where are these ingredients even sourced? Do not waste your money here, this has to be the WORST Taco Bell on the entire stretch of SR-54.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! Ordered a chicken quesadilla with a dr pepper and he forgot my drink and made sarcastic remarks when i asked for mild sauce, also told me to keep looking at the food when i was already ready to order and told him that, the man is a curly head with a beard, retrain your staff or fire them!!!! He initially gave me 2 mild suace and rolled his eyes in my face when i asked for more, this service is repulsing and disgusting, my good will feels violated.

Just downgraded the review from two stars a few months ago to one star now as there is continued decline.
The employees don’t even know the contents of the menu items and I’m trying to explain it to them and they insist that they are correct and then the order comes out wrong. Regardless of how few or how many items are in my order. At least one to two items is incorrectly made per order. I now will actively drive to the next taco bell location which is 5 miles further just to avoid using this location.
Look at my picture, should you really eat that as somebody that doesn’t eat beef? And this is the second failed correction on the same night so the entire order was already replaced once I’m not even going to bother going back.

I will be honest, been coming here for the past 3 years. Lunch time is ok they always forget the sauce idk why. But night times I avoid coming here for sure. Just soo many issue. They always forget a food item. I don’t know what is happening here at night but some management has to get involved
I went in last week they barely added meat into my fiancés wrap and taco and I had to go all the way back just for them to fix it. Remember check your bags for sauce
