The family was in the mood for some tacos and boy, were we let down. Everyone had simple tacos. I did a Mexican Pizza and was not happy when I opened the box. The young lady that helped me was nice so that’s why I’m giving a 2 star but damn I just spent 40 dollars on 4 meals and it was all made sloppy.

Tighten up taco bell. I have nothing bad to say about the food or the people that take the orders, ie. service BUT!!! EVERY TIME I come to ANY LOCATION they forget minimum 1 item. I shouldn’t have to hold up other people in line to go through every single thing I’ve ordered. I’m usually ordering for 3+ people at each visit. TIGHTEN UP!

I don’t write reviews often but felt compelled to after my experience last night. My family went through the drive thru and when we arrived home I realized my particular meal was made completely wrong. I was disappointed but ran back down to get it corrected. To my surprise, both the cashier and the manager were exceptionally nice, corrected my meal, and even threw in a drink and cookie for my trouble. I left out of there with a smile and knowing I’ll certainly be back. Thank you for this pleasant surprise, Taco Bell!
