Hours say they close at 3am. I arrived to the drive thru around 12:30am, waited behind multiple cars until 12:53 and when I get to the window, a guy tells me ‘we’re closed.’ When I ask what time they close, he says ‘1am.’ I then tell him ‘it’s not 1am yet and I’ve been in line for over 20 minutes.’ A woman then comes to the microphone and says ‘well we are closed and all we have are slushies anyway.’ Ridiculous. I guess you can just decide to close HOURS prior to your store’s actual closing time and then LIE about your hours…

The guy in the front asked me $5.77 I gave in $6.00 and I exactly counted $6.00 . He then said , you only gave me $5.00 but then I explained to him that I actually gave him $6.00 and wanted the extra 77 cents . So in total I paid $6.77 . I felt uncomfortable and upset . Rude lazy employees. I went inside because I don’t like eating inside my car. I’m waiting to order and 3 minutes passed by. A lady not doing anything but scrolling through her phone tells me to please use the kiosk. I placed my order for dine in. Not only did they put everything inside a bag (when they were trays right next to them) they got my food order wrong and gave me the wrong freeze flavor. I said this is not the flavor I ordered and she goes we don’t have the one you want. So I said this is why I wanted to place my order with a person and not a kiosk. The manager got very offended and defensive and said we didn’t make you use the kiosk. I ended up just accepting my wrong food and drink order because all the employees teamed up like if they didn’t do anything wrong. This generation of customer service is a joke. Everyone is so focus on scrolling through TikTok and Instagram instead of doing their job right and actually talking to people.
