Though we had issues with our order Janesha the Assistant Manager (She deserves a raise!! ) was prepared to take care of us. She made sure we left with the problem resolved and handled it quickly and professionally. Even the young man attending the register was polite and quick.
I only wish more eateries were like this.

The morning manager is so nice he have excellent customer service skills him and the workers on his shift my food is always fresh even if I go during my lunch break in the afternoon for once I can walk in a restaurant and get good customer service thank you.

I had a craving for Taco Bell so I stopped here and can I tell you how Happy I am with the service? Tyree was so nice He took my order, repeated it, gave me my total and asked me pull around. At the window he repeated my order again, confirmed the drink, asked how many sauces I needed… I mean… Best Experience Ever! Look how neat my Chalupa Cravings box is! Can’t forget the Baja Blast!

I went to this Taco Bell on September 14th around 2:30 a.m. and this was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. The hours say 3:00 a.m., yet when I pulled up one worker told me to go ahead with my order and another man immediately cut in saying “we’re closed.” At first I thought he was joking because no professional employee should speak to a customer like that.
I understand closing early and I understand being tired, but there is a way to treat people with respect. Instead this worker was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He even asked if I had ever worked fast food before and tried to justify refusing service because “the food was already put away.” Talking to customers like that is unacceptable. For all he knew, I could have been the franchise owner or corporate.
Someone with that kind of attitude should not be dealing with customers or handling food. I will never return to this location and I will be warning others not to waste their time here. I will also be reporting this to corporate or the franchise owner, and escalating it through the Better Business Bureau.

My tacos had almost NO beef at all just straight lettuce and ranch and they messed up my other half of the order. Hire some people with actual customer service and that want to work with a positive attitude. Definitely don’t recommend this location.
