This location has good service. Their drinks are consistently flat, and they have a weird taste. Something is up with your water filters or something. I don’t need to be eating fast food anyway, so maybe it is a good thing that I avoid this location because of the fountain drinks.

Stopped in for lunch, ordered a double patty flamethrower with extra cheese and extra sauce, awesome burger every time but this time. I actually received a poorly made chicken strip burger. I paid triple price for their cheapest sandwich. A bun with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a slice of tomato, two chicken strips for $13 is not my idea of a good deal. Do something to change the service and food you serve. Quit making excuses. Hire reliable employees, even if you must pay them more. I’ve read too many reviews that are negative and you simple whitewash things. Your responses are only words. Make a change. You have let go of people who were proud of their work, and it showed. The quality of service and the food that you serve have declined drastically in recent months.

This DQ is poorly managed. They randomly are closed during normal business hours, either because of staffing or they just are out of their food and ice cream. RARELY do they have all items on the menu, including ice cream. Most often, you enter the drive through that is a giant pothole you might get stuck in, only to order ice cream and be told they have none. You then can’t back out of the drive through. You have to sit and wait in line to escape. I feel bad for the poor teens left to manage the place with no guidance.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen around. The portions are larger, the prices are cheaper and the ice cream is tastier than any other Dairy Queen, it’s amazing the difference is the taste. The cones are fresh, not stale, which is something that can’t usually be said about a Dairy Queen. Inside is clean and the people behind the counter are friendly.

The Dairy Queen in Raymond Washington is the best. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. The soft serve ice cream is firm, not mushy. The chicken strips and burgers are superior to other franchises. And their menu prices are actually cheaper. Great place for a pit stop. Clean bathrooms, clean dining area and easy in and out access.

This branch is an absolute cluster, save yourself time and hassle and eat somewhere else. This branch specifically seems to be routinely incapable of providing menu items they advertise and which are listed as available on the menu and app. It’s unclear if staff at this location are liars, lazy, incompetent or all three but their attitudes and inability to maintain or service their equipment and thus be able to provide the items the advertise is a constant issue. 9/10 visits show this isn’t an occasional problem but a pattern of behavior. Save yourself and eat literally anywhere else.

I usually don’t complain much at all but I had to leave a review…first it was the slow service. When I received my order the fries were limp and cold . My wife’s cheeseburgers bun was actually hard and very stale. The chicken strips are made with parts and pieces and pressed into something that looks like a strip.

Decent prices and food. The crispy chicken salad was good, as was the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. The bathrooms aren’t great, and all of the tables were kind of dirty.
