Nice dining room. Cool faux, electric heater fireplace. Plenty of seating, tables and booths. Stopped in at night about 8pm…busy in the drive thru, but we were welcomed and then told just a minute, and were helped just a few seconds later. Holiday decorations were nice to see as well

My children enjoy Wendy’s. However our orders placed to the app are always wrong. They are written in plain English when you customize a sandwich. There is no excuse for orders to be constantly wrong. It’s very frustrating and makes me not want to return. Employees need better training on reading tickets and making order orders correctly. Let’s not mention the new cheap lettuce. Do better Wendy’s.

I stopped by here around 9:20pm on a Wednesday night to grab some dinner before headed home. I ordered via the app before going through the drive-thru.
I got the $5 biggie bag with jr bacon cheeseburger, fries, regular nuggets, and a strawberry lemonades. I also redeemed reward points to get another 4 piece nuggets w/ bbq sauce. There was a short wait while at the window. My food was fresh, especially my nuggets, which is my favorite item from there. I enjoyed my food as I traveled home, lol. No complaints besides I wish they put a little less ice in the lemonade.

This place sucks. Completely wrong order for every damn item we ordered except for the lemonade. They did take the bag out of the window and check it three times. Guess they were making sure they screwed it up. Tried to call and just got voicemail. Only reason we went there is we had a gift card. That place isn’t worth the headache.

This location consistently sucks every time I go there, just don’t bother. No craving is worth the crappy service from these miserable employees (like, why are there always 6-10 of them milling around but only 2 are doing ANY work at all? Even when they’re super busy?! Make it make sense, Wendy’s).
The food is usually cold, including the fries! Which are the easiest thing to get right!

I’ve ignored mediocre service and mediocre food from this location a few times before but I’ve finally decided the employees obviously just CANNOT be bothered to pay attention to customers or try to complete their orders correctly and WELL.

I’m very disappointed and disgusted with the way this Wendys is being managed! I usually don’t leave any reviews of places I go to because I believe there’s always room for change! But the manager there is unbelievable! I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich, while I got to the center of the sandwich I noticed the texture of the chicken was off! It was still raw! I called them immediately! And the manger began to rant on how she didn’t believe me because “everything is made fresh that’s why it takes long to come out” so she asked me to go back and show proof! Of course I went back! But for what? she was no help at all! She tried to convince me it wasn’t raw when it was clear that it was! She also accused me of possibly bringing and old sandwich from another day back! Having my receipt in hand with the time I placed my order not being no longer then 30 minutes ago! She had no intentions of making it right at first! Because the “sandwich was almost gone” like the thought of me almost finishing the raw sand which was not important to her at all! I had to raise my voice for understand what she was doing was wrong! It all ended with her giving me back 5 dollars for the raw chicken patty!

If I could give this zero stars I would service was awful. Ordered 2 southwest salad and got charged for one. Told the cashier I order 2 and was told they didn’t have anymore. The summer salad that I ordered was just lettuce strawberry and a few pieces of chicken even though I paid for extra chicken. Cashier was rude and the service was terrible. Never again.
