Won’t be coming back here. I ordered chalupas with beef and got chicken with cardboard stiff flatbread and ordered a doritos taco no lettuce and got lettuce. The Mountain Dew has a diet Mountain Dew BiB on it and doesnt tell anyone thats the case. The receipt on the bag even says exactly what I ordered. This is absolutely sad, there’s no quality control anymore. Get you in, force you to order on a kiosk, then get you out of the building. Im done with Taco Bell in general until they can get the bugs back out of the system, because its not just this sad sack of a location. Doesn’t matter the franchisee, no e of you hold your employees and managers accountable for this complete bull crap service you’re all so proud of.

When we arrived there were no customers inside or in the drive thru yet the drink station was absolutely filthy. The “manager” (perhaps based on the outfit) was sitting down on his phone the entire time we were there (45 min). I pointed out how dirty the drink station was. It still wasn’t cleaned. Potato taco with burnt potatoes wasn’t edible.

The Taco Bell at Rockledge off Barnes fails us every other trip. One visit is great. Food is good. Employees are great. Next visit is completely opposite. The food is horrendous. My nachos are missing several ingredients. The pinto & beans are dry overcooked

Once I downloaded their app, wrote & emailed the store, someone did respond. I think they offered us a free item. I would be happy if they got the order correct and most importantly it would have been great if the food didn’t look trashed.

This is the BEST and ONLY Taco Bell I go to. The food is fresh, great portions, super clean, and the team is always friendly. Jillian is a phenomenal manager and makes the best burritos!

What’s going on at this Taco Bell there are new faces of new employees. They are smoking out by the menu where you order. I was very surprised to see this. They stayed there till we ordered and seen us drive around to the side to pick up our drive-thru then they went inside to prepare our food. Did they wash their hands? Do they not have somewhere to take breaks? Why take a break while the customers are ordering?

Friendly greeting, great service, CLEAN and spacious trendy decor. My meal was fresh and prepared correctly. Tanya the manager was helpful and everything seemed In order. All the staff were well trained a reflection on Tanya’s ability to manage. I was impressed and will be coming back.

Absolutely love this location, they’re the only ones that consistently get my order right and I’ve been coming here for a little over two years now. (Whoever cooks on mondays around 4 pm is especially good). I appreciate the attention to detail here especially since i don’t eat meat and often have to modify things. Never has been an issue here

Ordered…. Asked for extra cheese on cheesy bean and rice burrito…. Got no cheese. Ordered 2 mango teas got one and had to ask for the second one after getting food. Also ordered a Quesadilla had no jalapeño sauce…. Minimal inside ingredients 4 bits of chicken and a sorta handful of cheese that was not melted but the tortilla was almost burnt so gross. Asked for side of sour cream and got a dab see pictures. I’m not normally a Karen but this was a bummer to go on a mini date with my hubby and it was not even close to what we expected. Tried to eat it got through a few bites and it was not worth trying to eat. What a waste of money.
