I couldn’t keep going without reviewing. This Taco Bell has to be the absolute WORST fast food service I’ve ever been to. I have been going here for years, maybe 1-2 times a month. In the last two months, they’ve managed to give me incomplete orders, sloppy thrown together food (literally looks like someone was throwing the ingredients onto a tortilla from 15 feet away) and they are always annoyed when taking the order. I am sick of this location and their lack of care or common decency to complete a simple order. When I say incomplete order, I mean while items are missing and sometimes and entire meal gets replaced with something I never ordered. It’s common when ordering Uber that this location also refuses to get the order remotely correct. I’ve begun to think it’s a game, how long can they keep stealing money from people by not giving the items to people. They need a serious look at management and staff. The location on Barnes is infinitely better.

Friendly greeting, great service, CLEAN and spacious trendy decor. My meal was fresh and prepared correctly. Tanya the manager was helpful and everything seemed In order. All the staff were well trained a reflection on Tanya’s ability to manage. I was impressed and will be coming back.

Terrible service,3 people in the lobby 2 in drive threw ,they told me to order threw the kiosk I guess because they can’t handle a couple people,I would hate to see busy ,told me to order threw kioskvafter waiting ten minutes at the cash register piece of junk wouldn’t work rite , nobody offered to help,walked out and wasn’t even mad just very disappointed that taco bell would have employees like this ,sad really. 4/14/2023 6:30 pm. Order a quesadilla with no sauce for my 4 yr old son. Well the quesadilla had extra sauce when I got home. They don’t answer the phone either. Had to get food somewhere else for my son . I will never be back to this Taco Bell location.

I ordered two chicken burrito supreme with no beans and a steak burrito supreme with no beans when I got home they all had beans I tried to call to speak with a manager and found out quickly that they don’t answer the phone it rang and rang then a recording saying nobody’s available to take ur call and it hangs up on you guess I will take it up with a manager on my next visit and try to get a refund date this occured 3/31/23

Customer service is terrible. When I drive up they tell me they don’t have the food just because they don’t want to cook it. It’s ridiculous. They need new management in new staff.
