Once again this Taco Bell disappoints. Nothing new however. They have revamped the menu and gotten rid of our favorites. Our order is NEVER correct. And doesn’t this quesadilla look appealing! I’m done with this store! Save your money and go to Peppers!

Place is trashed everytime I come. The sodas are all out without signs. Directly after taking pictures and writing the review, they had someone come out to “clean and tidy up”.. but only slightly (one trash can pull). Service isn’t horrible but you can tell nobody cares to be here and they don’t do their duties correctly. Would’ve taken more pictures but I figured the point was given clearly.

Was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a while. The drive-thru worker Lawrence was quick and attentive so I was able to get my food fast. Definitely will be going here for Taco Bell from now on.

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, the portions were amazing, and the service was even better. 5 star experience genuinely. Robert King was the gentleman who helped me. I wasn’t having the best day and he helped me turn it around with his friendly customer service. I will definitely be coming back!!

This Taco Bell is the worst. Our order is often wrong, but the last straw was going and ordering food, to only find a bandaid in our meal. When asked for a full refund of our order, because why would you want to eat anything from there after that?!, they refused to provide it and gave us the run around. Apparently they hire managers, but give them no authority to do simple tasks like issue refunds (never heard of that, but ok). Once we finally get the GM to take our calls, she was very unprofessional, unwilling to listen to what was being said, over spoke and was pretty ignorant. The worst customer I have ever experienced. She began yelling, then hung up on us and when called back, an employee answered and you could hear the GM- Trecia McGee yelling for them to hang up on us. If you like bandaids in your food and unprofessional staff, head over to the TB in Bluewater!

I will not come to this Taco Bell again. They got my order wrong and then blamed me for it being the reason it was wrong. I was told by the evening shift supervisor that they will not be giving me $40 in free food, fun fact they didn’t even give me $5 in food the first time. I have submitted a complaint with the corporate Taco Bell and am waiting a response. There are more events that transpired but this was the long story short version.
I have never felt so discriminated against and am led to believe they treated me like I was stealing from the restaurant due to my ethnicity. I asked to get in touch with the GM Robert King, but the workers wouldn’t give me his information.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY MONEY AND WOULD ENCOURAGE ALL OTHERS TO NOT VISIT EITHER.

If I could do a 0 star review – I would. We ordered a number 4 Crunchwrap Supreme meal – and a number 8 Mexican Pizza meal. We were thoroughly let down. The Crunchwrap had an obviously stale tortilla (check the photos) and the Pizza was glued to the top of the box, there were tomatoes as toppers – in the box not even on the pizza. The wrap didn’t taste right – the spare was in just as bad of shape. But, hey the Dr Pepper was at least good. So there is that. We think the tortillas were stale – the beef used was on the verge of turning – and the fried tortillas for the pizza we’re definitely stale. I know Taco Bell is trying to kill themselves with ruining the menu- but- come on- don’t just give up and serve customers spoiled or nearly spoiled food. Hot sauce could not save it.
Thanks for the bubble guts. We won’t be back. Try the one farther north on John Sims – they seem to have their fast food world somewhat in better order.

Ordered tacos hard shell, received 3 softshell with no meat, some lettuce and a little sprinkle of cheese. No sauces. I just could not believe it when I got home and opened the bag. Not the Taco Bell that I knew and loved!

I ordered sat at the counter for 10 mins to pay with not so much as a word from anyone do when people came in and I needed to get out of the way I sat for another 30 mins no help at all what so ever! I gave this place multiple chances every single time this was the outcome. NEVER GO HERE
