Update 12/20/25!!! The pizza here is great but unfortunately i will no longer be a patronizing this location due to lack of professionalism of the same employee! I truly hope the young man sees and reads this and learns the error of his ways. God bless you! Update 12/13/25 so I come here a lot and the service is normally superb but the service was very poor this time. This cashier seemed to be high on something and hard of hearing.I told him multiple times what i wanted yet he still heard what he wanted and tried to overcharge me.This worker is not good for business it seems like he doesn’t like his job or needs better training! Hot and ready just as advertised. The service was fast and friendly and the food was ready. Walked in and walked out within five minutes had my pizza and was on my way.The pizza tasted great and was well worth it for the price.I’ll definitely make more visits here in the future.

10-10-2024. Tonight my son ordered a 3 meat treat pizza and a ultimate supreme pizza! Brought them home and the meat one was burnt. One side of the pizza crust was flat the other side was raised! The other pizza the same thing, one side was raised and the other one was flat. My son called them to let them know and his call kept getting picked up by different kids working there! One said to send pictures which he did! Heard nothing! So I told him to take them back! They just remade the 3 meat treat one! Had him bring the burnt one home! They could’ve taken it and disposed of it! Never apologized! Why have kids working here when they don’t care and there’s no manager watching them nor one to talk to? Another place we frequent would just make another pizza but they’re adults working there and a manager! Not very happy with this place and won’t bother ordering there again. You don’t treat a customer that way! Tried calling customer service and waited and waited and then got hung up on! Called back and they said they were closed! Again you don’t treat a customer this way! Years ago you were really good, but no so much anymore! Waste of time and money! Hope he can get his money back.

I ordered 45 pizzas for a football team and this crew went above and beyond to take care of us. The pizzas were hot and ready on time, Jannell and the crew made sure we were all set with napkins, plates and extras. Excellent customer service and personability. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Ordered a double order of breadsticks. That’s all. Was told 15min wait and to pull forward. No problem. 30min later still waiting, they closed the lobby, won’t answer the door for ANYONE. And told me I’d have to go through the drive thru to get service or “just wait” for my order to come up. I’d really just like my money back but I can’t even get them to acknowledge at this point.

I visited this location on 7/25/24 around 12pm noonish And I went in there with my daughter to buy her an individual dish, deep pizza and right off the top as I walked into the building the main lobby was swarmed with flies It took about a minute or two for someone to come approach me to take my order, but the lady was very polite. I placed my order and me and my daughter took a seat.
About a minute or two waiting in the lobby, I noticed on the windows there was numerous dead flies and bug Near the windows And some that were alive just swarming throughout the whole lobby. It was very uncomfortable and disgusting.
At this point of the visit, I was observing the floors and edges of the floors which was obvious they hadn’t been swept or mopped for some time and observed the countertops as that as well, this very obvious that they have not Sanitized and disinfected the countertops as the Pictures I’ve shared show the filth that lies on the countertop. The last and final straw for me was when I noticed underneath the fridge that they keep our drinks in as you take a look underneath there was food that’s probably been sitting there for sometime, which could be the main reason why there is so many flies Swarming the lobby.
Overall, this visit was just very upsetting and unacceptable. The store location needs an miracle or someone in charge to make sure that the workers or the responsibilities to keep this place safe and clean and sanitize as they are dealing with peoples food If the main lobby look like this, I could only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I usually don’t like to do this, but there were just too many things to not speak up I tried to call the complaint customer service number and I was on the line for an hour and a half so I resorted to the website to file a complaint and as I was going to submit it, the website says something went wrong.. So this is my Formal complaint
