I went into the restaurant at 1:45 PM on a Saturday. There were no customers inside in-line or seated eating. There were no cars in the drive-thru. The girl who was taking orders at the drive-through window (if there were any cars waiting) was wandering around the food prep area and I waited for several minutes before she came to the counter, looked me in the eye and told me to order at the computer kiosk. I’m 70 years old and choose to order via a person and told her so. She said she couldn’t take my order at the counter because apparently the cash registers were turned off. She was standing within 8 feet of the cash register serving the window and I said, “I don’t like to use the computer screens – I prefer to order from a person.” She said she couldn’t do that and I said, “If you can’t take my order then I’m going to have to leave.” She was smiling as I walked out the door. I went down the street a block, went into McDonalds, went to the cash register and was immediately helped by a smiling young man as he took my order which was served promptly and enjoyed in the air conditioning. Apparently this TACO BELL is doing so well they can send people away OR they have the worst service I have ever seen on God’s green earth.

The service was not good at all. It was in fact something that I would not recommend to a friend or family member because the staff were rude that we did not address or greet you at the door or the counter and in fact seem like it was a aggravation to even prepare the food. I’m disappointed because Taco Bell is a place I like to go and eat but at the same time I cannot excuse the cold disconnected behavior of the staff…I hope that this changes considering myself, and my family along with my business associates all enjoy going to Taco Bell thanks for your time.

Picking up a mobile order and was immediately told in the drive thru “We can’t do boxes right now” – what does that even mean? The whole menu is the same ingredients. Come to find out it was just nacho fries they were out of. Finally got food, but the staff’s inability to communicate left us short and with different substitutions than we asked for. Worst Taco Bell service I’ve seen in a long time.

So i guess customer orders r only suggestions since they often give u whtever tf they want instead of wht u asked for. All they had to do was put the sauce I asked for 4 times for n the bag! I had to walk back AROUND the drive thru just for damn sauce bcuz both doors were locked b4 closing yet an entire white family was sitting eating peacefully inside. Even after walking all the way around the woman just gave me a balled up amt of the WRONG sauce which I immediately handed back to her. Like they just don’t wanna work there so find a new job! And whomever that white female night shift manager wass can kick rocks n be grateful the other employee was tryna make it right. RIDICULOUS. Go work elsewhere if u can’t handle the most basic of job descriptions

Don’t bother. We walked in. No one was in the restaurant or drive thru. Still took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us and the only reason we got food was because we used the kiosk. Apparently the employees hate their job.
