This by far is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. I asked for a cup of ice, was told it would be the price of a full drink, they were taking forever to make my chicken burrito so they asked to pull around to the parking lot, I said I will run in and use the bathroom and just pick it up, she no the inside is not open, they have a sign in the window that reads no refund, we will make your order right. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like since they care so little for their customers. I was just passing throw so I had not read had bad this place was until I was tread so badly.

The food is taco bell food… Not great, not bad, you know what your getting. The service is the same. However, the interaction with any of the employees has gone from bad to worse over the last four years. As a person who has worked in customer service for over 40 years, this is a disturbing trend.

As dine in is not an option, though it’d be preferable, we’ve gone several times to the drive through. We always feel so rushed. Why every single time do they ask if “that’ll be all”, after every spoken word. Are they trained to do that? It feels extremely rude.
