Randomly closed at 1pm on a Friday, 1/13/2023. They’re always closed during regular business hours. Pretty sure this subway has been abandoned since it’s been closed the last 3 times I went to it.

This subway is the worst. More then twice now I have ordered online to pick up and have had my order messed up. The staff and manager don’t care. Both times they were out of what I ordered but never called to let me know. The last time I asked for a refund and was told she was not trained to do a refund and would have to come back tomorrow. call manager to complain and got voicemail. Said I wanted I refund and still no response from manager and no refund. This subway is the worst one I have ever been to and to have a manager who doesn’t care makes it even worse. Always a long wait, no longer 24 hours , never good customer service . and today I ordered a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich , and they added steak to it… It’s not very hard to read egg and cheese . I do not eat meat , I have gotten ill from eating that and when I called to complain and request a refund, no apology nothing just a offer to make another sandwich . Honestly this is beyond unacceptable if you are vegetarian go in and make sure you watch them . Don’t order pickup

Placed an order for 3 sandwiches and a salad online (paid), got a confirmation that it was ready, and arrived to have the girl behind the counter say she had cancelled the order because they were busy (there wasn’t a single other customer in the store when we arrived). After several emails to Subway with no assistance, our bank finally credited the charges.
