I ordered at around 1am and my food was perfect. I always order from the location off of exit 17 and it’s never consistently good. I was so happy that my food wasn’t slapped together and thrown in a bag. Thank you to whoever made my food on 12/23. I hadn’t eaten all day and Taco Bell is the only fast food I’ll eat. You made my night.

My wife put in a order for me to pick up through drive thru (just got to dawsonville from my 1hr 1/2 drive home from work). I picked the order up and realized right away that we got no mild, fire, hot sauce so i walked in and grabbed some. I then drove all the way home and my wife found we were missing half our special sauces that were included in the meal and missing the nacho cheese. The quesadilla didn’t have the sauce we asked for on it. The meal was supposed to come with guacamole and sour cream. We didn’t get it and we open what was supposed to be the steak garlic fries to which as seen in the picture was no where near what it was supposed to be. (To preface i understand it is a taco bell so my standards are real low) when i drove all the way back to the store i watched them open the food we had already opened to check, re-sauce everything and throw everything back in the bag plus the few special items like the nacho cheese, guacamole and sour cream, and the other two extra dipper sauces in the bag. I was then told by a manager that everything was in there except for the guacamole and sour cream which is entirely false due to my wife pulling everything out of the bag at our house before i had returned. Then to top it all off did not receive the chips even tho they were in the bag to begin with. This is probably one of the worst experiences and establishments ive been to. Im not one to tell people how to run their business but if you cant do the intended job at hand there will be no business. Will not return after this issue is resolved and hopefully they resolve it.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell at this location. I placed a mobile order for a Meal for 4 and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos Fries. When I arrived, the employee repeated my entire order back to me 100% correct, so I trusted everything was good.

Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized the Nachos was missing from my order. It’s frustrating because I specifically ordered and paid for it, and it was clearly repeated back to me at pickup.

I understand mistakes happen, but this could have been avoided by double-checking the bag before handing it out to customer.

I hope management can work on improving order accuracy, especially for mobile orders and pick up!

Taco Bell where do I start. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in you. Around 2ish o clock I was running errands when i thought to myself. Why not go get some Taco Bell my most favorite place to eat. I’ve never been more excited in my life. I dream of this place day and night. I walked in normal as always ready to get the same thing. A beefy 5 layer an extra cup of cheese and a Baja blast freeze. I’m waiting for my order manifesting the food when I take a bite. It was disgusting. I have never been more disappointed in my entire life. I’ve given countless reviews only 5 stars of how much I love this place and this is how you treat your loving customers. I expected a lot more and for this I have to give it a 1 star. Next time I come back to this place I expect the best burrito that has ever hit my mouth.

Overall good experiences at this location would usually rate 4 stars but for the excellent value aspect I’ll put down 5 stars. $7 for burrito, taco, chalupa, cinnamon twists, large drink. Can’t beat it.

Every time we visit this location they never give us our sauces, even with meals that have special dipping sauces. The employees always seem to be pretty unhappy. Honestly, I would be looking at new management at this point given how many complaints I already see from previous customers. Better management = happier employees = happy customers. Crazy concept.

The absolute WORST Taco Bell ever! Screwed up my entire order! When my husband went back to have it fixed they opened the original food and spread sauce on it mind you this was after he drove home with it and drove back to get it fixed! We paid extra for sauces that they didn’t give us! Ordered chips n cheese for my kids never got the cheese the chips were stale and tossed upside down in the bag where all the chips dumped out. They wouldn’t answer the phone to begin with. He gets there the lady tells him he’s WRONG are you serious we paid $46 to feed our family and they wouldn’t even except they messed up the ENTIRE ORDER and had the AUDACITY TO SAY WE ARE WRONG. We ordered it through the app for pickup AND THEY SCREWED THE WHOLE ORDER UP after we brought the food back to get it FIXED AND THE ITEMS MISSING they gave us old cold food back after opening it and squirting some sauce couldn’t even get fresh food $6 for cold fries with a tsp of cheese and none of the toppings got a cantina quesadilla didn’t get the sour cream or the guacamole! I mean, it’s Taco Bell, I’m about to complain about it a little but, I’ll probably still come back here and there.

That being said, this is one of the worst drive-thru situations I’ve seen a while. Lines regularly go out to the road or nearly wrap around the building, even not at peak times or late into the night. I don’t tend to have issues with food quality or accuracy, which is nice, but the fact they seem constantly busy and unable to juggle more than one car at a time means something needs to be reworked or fixed.

Horrible service. I watched a customer ask for their table to be cleaned, and instead of cleaning it, the girl behind the counter came out and handed them a dirty rag to do it themselves. Completely unacceptable.

They were also out of the drink my daughter wanted, and when I asked if it could be replaced with something else, the employee acted completely dumbfounded, as if that was an unreasonable request.

The restaurant itself was dirty, and while we were there, someone else walked in and commented that this location has always been the worst. That says a lot.

I would strongly suggest not going to this location. Whoever owns or manages it seriously needs to do better. This was a terrible experience all around.

Taco Bell in Dawsonville remains a consistently good experience. Despite only ever using their drive-thru service, it has always proved efficient, even during peak times. The service is quick, hospitable, and handled with professionalism. The food is predictably satisfying, maintaining their standard of quality regardless of how busy they get. A solid go-to for quick, tasty meals!
