Be careful with the food. I had the beef crunchwrap and when I was almost done with it I found what appears to be a chicken bone. I’m glad it was mine and not my kids. I don’t know about the rest of the food cause its in the trash. I’m not taking any chances with cross contamination.

I was heading back to work and stopped to get food to eat at the office. My first meal of the day and I opened the bag to find half of the taco shell missing..I know whoever fixed it knew that wasn’t a whole taco!! Then I didn’t get a receipt so I could call them!!

When this Taco Bell first opened it was pretty good as far as freshness. Well it didn’t take long to go downhill. We dined inside and first impression was that it was clean. Cashier was not friendly and just stared at us like we were from another planet. All that I really don’t care about. I care about my food, and it was NASTY! It literally just came out and was cold? The beans were dry and hard. The chalupa shell was so hard I could barely bite through it. Management here truly sucks and the food and service is a direct result.

I walked up to the counter and about 5 minutes later a lady poked her head around the edge of a wall and said I had to use the kiosk to order. Navigating the GUI was the worst experience of any kiosk I ever used. Several times it tries to get either your phone number or email (PEOPLE U SHOULD NEVER CAVE IN UNLESS YOU LOVE SPAM AND ROBOCALLS) and that goes for any kiosk. After I paid I was looking for how to get my receipt. U not going to believe what you have to do for a proof of purchase at Taco Bell! Apparently they don’t have receipts anymore it is either texted or emailed to you! How about that for a trick to get put on the greatest list in the world???

So I went through the drive through there was 5 people inside I ordered a protein bowl and 2 tacos. We wanted in the drive through, then was asked to pull into a space . 10 minutes later our food got there and it wasn’t correct.

I have to have my Mexican pizza so I always get that when I come here. Sometimes I’ll splurge on a icee to try out. The cinnabon things just melt in your mouth. But the cinnabon iced coffee just took much of the cinnamon in it for me. They are always nice to me even tho they don’t put a fork in my bag for my pizza.

The man was very rude and he thought I didn’t speak English so he was like translating everything for me. I’m not really sure why he was doing that. And the main thing was that the bathrooms were closed so I wasn’t able to wash my hands and eat. I wasn’t going to eat there so I took a picture while leaving and the lady was complaining when she saw me take it. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell for people who like clean and nice places.
