This was my first time visiting this location across from the mall in Lagrange, Georgia. The workers were young seemed very frustrated and irritated with questions that I had. They were very rude when I asked for fresh chips because my chips fell out in the bag. The girl went back and said give him some more chips. The younger guy said under his breath what he need chips for the girl started laughing and said something smart so I took my bag and I left because I wanted to keep my integrity and my character and Check. I will never come back to this location again and I will be sure to let people know not to visit this one please do better.

Lady at the window had the absolute rudest attitude you could possibly have working in a place where customer service is a need. Messed up the order completely, asked specifically for no tomatoes or lettuce and extra sour cream and she put lettuce on it left the tomatoes and put little to no sour cream, we arrived at 5:45 on january 18th. Worst customer service ive ever seen, i called and complained and the person who answered the phone told me “oh well my bad ill say something to next shifts manager” in stead of saying something to the manager on duty. I am so disappointed in this taco bell considering we get food from here on a weekly basis.

So I had to go in here to get some change because I was trying to pay a bill next door, so I went in with the intents of going in and coming back out, when I tell you all this place was horrible. Horrible. I ordered my stuff and waited 10 or 15 minutes and came back and my food and I only ordered one thing just to get some change. It still wasn’t ready. They are slow. They was catering to the drive-thru, not worrying about the front counter.

Food was fresh, service was fine, but the temperature in the lobby was absurd. Freezing cold. I understand the kitchen might be hot so they lower it, or maybe some cooperate suit controls the AC from his office in hell. We ate in our car, and saw several others follow us to do the same. Also, 23 bucks for 2 people to eat tacobell is wild ya’ll.

I came through today (08/31/2025 around 4:30pm) and had a pick up order and I placed a second order. My second order was a box. I have food allergies so I was very specific about the changes I made to the box. My pick up order was correct, however in my second order my drink was wrong and one of my food items was also wrong. When I went in to get it fixed it took about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The younger girl at the drive thru was very nice and got my order fixed but my biggest issue was with the people I could see from the front register on their phones, in plain clothes walking around with nothing pulling their hair up but they were obviously around food. Honestly, food being wrong frustrating but ultimately it is what it is because they were busy-But the individuals leaving a younger coworker to handle a busy drive thru line alone while they did nothing is absolutely ridiculous.

I was heading back to work and stopped to get food to eat at the office. My first meal of the day and I opened the bag to find half of the taco shell missing..I know whoever fixed it knew that wasn’t a whole taco!! Then I didn’t get a receipt so I could call them!!

Well as I do love taco bell hard shell tacos with beef, I decided to try the crunch wrap at this location. Well I was very disappointed. First of all it tasted like a lettuce wrap. There was just a smidge of meat in the middle of it first of all. There was no meat on most of it, where there was meat, you couldn’t even taste it, it was way to thin. If you want to make customers happy, please put some meat on your crunch wraps. That was nasty and I will never order another crunch wrap again. I do however love your tacos with the beef. Now if y’all choose to put a lot more beef on the supreme wrap then , I might try it again. Other wise take it off of your menu , if you cannot get it right. I do mind paying a little more , if I can taste the taco meat. I didn’t even taste the meat on this one, it was so thin and only in certain parts if the crunch wrap and it was so little like I said, you couldn’t even tell there was any meat in it. All I tasted was lettuce.

One car in the driveway we where the only ones inside. No way this place got this nasty at 10:50 am.
Filthy on the inside, not a single table was clean, floors dirty even that condiments was trash. Staff all in the back barely acknowledging that people came inside. Customers shouldn’t be cleaning the restaurant’s tables……
