I do like coming here. The people are so nice and I almost always get a smile with service. The food is good too, properly prepared. One downside is their freeze machine does not get cold enough to keep the frozen drink frozen. Other locations can, so it must be the settings on their machine.

the best taco bell ive ever been to. and thats saying alot, the environment was very welcoming and all the workers were very happy and singing with each other. they were very understanding and helpful. its the first time ive ever gotten everything ive ordered plus they gave us two free drinks, a bean burrito and Doritos locos taco, not to mention a door-dasher who came in they gave her a drink for herself. also gave a fellow fast food worker at the popeyes across the street a free watermelon lemonade berry freeze! loves this place and will definitely be back! They need a zero star feature. I ordered food from here twice on Doordash and both times they claimed the food was stolen from the store. They obviously feel they shouldnt have any regard for making sure they’re giving the food to the right person. Anybody is apparently able to walk in and access it without any questions. Was asked to use kiosk to order food when I’m paying cash and a Taco Bell worker is standing at the register. If I use kiosk I still have to pay you at the register when done so why not just take my order and take cash payment. Not only that it should be my option to use kiosk. I don’t work for Taco Bell.

We just left the Taco Bell an exit back(in ATL direction), and that location should fire the entire crew. THIS location gave 5 STAR service at 1130 at night. From start to finish, EXCEPTIONAL! We were in and out of the drive thru in under 4 minutes, IF that. We ordered 3 Grilled Cheese Burrito Boxes. The lady at the window was polite while one of the guys in the back was singing, and the food was FRESH and not sloppy. Lol Thank you to the crew who worked the night shift on 3/22/23! This tired, traveling family was thankful and appreciative of you. Especially after spending 30 minutes in the last Taco Bell location’s line and only made it as far as 3 cars back from the speaker.

Y’all need to make up your mind about the lobby being open or closed during the late-night hours. I always thought the dining room was closed after a certain time, and we 3rd party delivery drivers were to come to the drive-thru during this time. If you’re going to start changing that, then a sign is necessary to let us know, since many of us are accustomed to coming to the drive-thru after a certain time.
