We stopped in for lunch today and was very pleasantly surprised by our experience. As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted by the staff. We ordered at the kiosk and almost immediately, one young lady had our drink cups ready with ice. That is almost unheard of with self ordering fast food. Within three or four minutes, the rest of the order was ready, complete and ACCURATE. All the team members were pleasant and professional. The dining room was neat and tidy and all the tables were clean. Even so, another team member came out with a bucket and sponge and started wiping down empty tables. The main prep person in the kitchen was interacting with some other guests who were having problems on the kiosk with their order. He came out of the kitchen to assist them and commented that he would make sure everything was right for them. There wasn’t any unnecessary chatter, just a group of people working together as a team to accomplish a task. You can usually tell who is the manager or supervisor of the crew, but from the way this group works, it could’ve been any one of them. Bravo to the Taco Bell team working on Memorial Day around 2pm, you are exactly what customers expect. Great Job!!!

The food was wonderful, and Kat provided absolutely phenomenal customer service with a smile. In the past 5 years, I haven’t been to a Taco Bell where the employees actually attend to their customers at the counter, and she was on top of it. Every person mattered, and she took very good care of me. She’s a gem, and the kind of customer service she gives is rare, these days. Treat her well, and hold onto her if you can. Increase her bonus, or double the amount you were going to raise her on her yearly review. She deserves good things.

We had an absolute wonderful experience at this Taco Bell Drive through. We had a complicated large order for 7 people. The employees were very kind, the order was correct and food was good! Great job!

I wish I could leave a negative number instead of one star. My food is ice cold, my hard tacos are soft. They forgot my drinks and then I had to wait 15 minutes for them to give me what they forgot. It seems like EVERY TIME I run to this place late, the food is trash. I understand not having enough people but don’t serve me old food.

Anytime we grab a late night snack from this particular location, its always a great experience. The woman who typically work the evening/night shift, always give great service, and very thorough. The food is always fresh and hot too! Sometimes we must highlight when people get it right, and this place gets it right every time! Thank you nice lady! (If I remember her name I will come back and edit)
