Delivery review:
I ordered something via Uber Eats and i was waiting at the agreed meeting pub. I was waiting outdoor at the Hotel for over 40 Minutes and no one came. I asked at the Front Deask if someone was there but he also told me no one was there. I called Dominos and waited Over 8 minutes in the line bevor They answerd the phone. He was super rude and told me he Wasnt Even at the Hotel. He told me he was calling me but i Never got an call on my phone even if the number is correct. (On the receipt later on i saw that he didnt Call me, he called the Hotel itself and they didnt Seem to awnser) He didnt came to the Meeting Location Even i was there waiting for him for over 40 Minutes.He told me that it Says to meet at the door, but i waited at the door of the Hotel the whole and he didnt Even came, i was there. !!! He told me he didnt come to places if he’s Not sure if the Person is there.!!! I expect that the delivery Service comes to the adress they are told to come. So he’s simply too lazy to go. I called them. He was super super rude to me at the Telephone But i Asked him to come here. He came and i was super nice and was trying to figure out what the Problem was. He didnt Even listened and simple just yelled at me. I was asking him what Went wrong and he didnt Even Listen to me an continued to yell at me. I was trying to explain him nicely that i Expect when its says to meet at the door of the Hotel, he Should come to the door of the Hotel to Even have a Look but he yelled and just went back to the car and Drove off. Even the Hotel staff was totally shocked and told me that it was Never a Problem with Dominos delivery at the Hotel. The drivers usually drop the orders off by the Lobby if They are Not Sure. The Hotel will also do an Complaint for that driver and he is going to be banned to deliver to the Hotel. I unpacked the Food and it was cold and filthy, Not quiet sure if he Spit in the Food so i didnt wanted to eat it.
The Man i am Talking about: white, about 40-50 years Old, ca. 1.80m Tall, Green eyes, Shot and Not so much Hair left on his head
The Incident Happened at the 2nd december at 1pm- 3pm. He was in that Shift.

The pizza itself tasted great — no complaints there. Quality and flavor were exactly what I expect from Domino’s.
However, I was confused and disappointed by the delivery process at this location. The official Domino’s app clearly offers a “Leave at Door” option, but this store does not honor it. Instead, the driver comes to the door with a paper credit card receipt that you’re required to sign, and you’re asked to add a tip (or not) in person.
This completely defeats the purpose of contactless delivery and doesn’t align with what the app promises. If the Domino’s app offers a drop-at-door option, locations should be consistent and honor it.
Great pizza, but the delivery experience needs to match what customers are told in the app.

I have ordered here for pick up several times. I think once they forgot my sauce l but overall, they are ok/good. The reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because they are just ok. Nothing stood out they weren’t super friendly or anything but not rude either just regular.

Visiting from Tennessee and checked into the hotel hungry after a 14 hour drive. This was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST pizza we’ve ever eaten. The garlic knots were so on point. I felt like it came from the commercials. The staff needs recognition please. They do not make it like that where we come from.

So yesterday evening I ordered a pizza 8/04/25 A medium thin crust pizza with my side of ranch dressing that I no longer received, Delivery driver apologized and offered to bring it back, I felt that it was too much since gas prices are so high these days, ok don’t worry about it sir he was so kind… SO AFTER I GOT UPSTAIRS TO SIT DOWN AND EAT MY PIZZA this is what’s in my box, waiting over an hour for my dinner to arrived this is what and how I received my order without my ranch dipping cup that’s $2 extra. I called DOMINOS immediately to discuss this issue…a lady picked up the phone and stated she was the manager. I explained to her that my pizza was cold, dry and burnt and also wasn’t cut and tasted very old. She asked me kindly to send a picture to her personal phone cell number to verify I guess which this had never happened to me in my 34 years of life ever ordering from a restaurant EVER AASK ME FOR MY PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER along with my cc info. The lady (girl) took my info down and stated that she would place it in the notes that I return to the store in the morning to receive my full refund I refused to accept a credit I rather make my own pizza atp.
I went to the store today this early afternoon and was racially threatened by a hand held pizza pan removal that they removed the pizza from the oven from, threatened by the police and also was refused to get my money back for something I did not eat… the guy told and yelled and used foul curse words at me…and threatened me minds you I’m 3 months pregnant and it really scared me by the fact that I was being threatened by one of the restaurants equipment that’s recorded on tape. I just want to say this…please don’t order from this location… there’s bad reviews for a reason this place is private ownership I will be seeking legal advice and compensation…that 20$ wasn’t worth me being threatened but we’ll see who’s will have the last words and we’ll definitely see how long this business will be in business with after I contact my lawyer and the BB (better business) You don’t treat and talk to nor threaten to throw objects with such violence body language I feel like that man would of shot me over a pizza and this situation would of escalated to something bad if it wasn’t for me leaving but well definitely see who’s going ton have the last laugh, Thank god my parents are special police officers in the state of New York. You don’t threaten people that comes into your business.

They said they had delivered the pizza, and an hour later, when I called again, they were still saying it was only two minutes away. I received terrible service from Xavier, the supposed customer service representative. I asked them to cancel the order, and they hung up on me three times.

Ordered pizza delivery online. Super easy process. My driver couldn’t find his way to my apartment at first but with it being new construction and gated I totally understand. I’m actually impressed they were able to find my door. (I expected to have to find him honestly.) Food was good, asked for extra sauce and yup, it was extra all right. Would order again. Good food, quick delivery, and the delivery guy was super nice. 5/5

Worst GM that runs this location. I been coming to this location for 20 years….in the 20 years I called two times once because the driver forgot my soda and the second because my habanero sub had no sauce on it….i called because the wings ordered were burnt…you can’t even chew it….the GM says I have a RED flag on my account….please show me my remade orders. I feel very offended the way this man spoke to me. I spend money here every month for my kids and my parents who are my neighbors….20 years….my third time calling it’s not my fault they forgot the soda it’s not my fault my sub has no sauce on it. I don’t even ask for my money back. I’m A GM at a big company and I would never treat a customer the way I been treated to say I’m Red Flagged? Over two issues that weren’t my fault. It’s crazy.
