The young lady that was working the speaker, was absolutely precious! Just a pumpkin. The lady that was given the food out was absolutely precious. Haven’t been to this Taco Bell in a very long time because I just didn’t like the food that much because it always tasted like old grease. I am so grateful I went tonight the food is delicious the service was just wonderful. I will absolutely be back

I find it interesting to see reviews like these. A lot of folks had good to great experiences but many have also had a terrible time. It appears to come down to consistency, including food quality, preparation, and service (with staffing matched to the needs).
For us, it was on the poor side tonight. We put in and paid for our order online at this location within 2 miles of our house. The confirmation email said to go to the drive thru and give my name to pickup the food. I pulled into the drive thru line at 808pm with only 7 cars in front of me. Approximately 26 minutes after we arrived we pulled up to get our food. I don’t know if it was inadequate staffing, a bad system, or slow food preparation. There was no way to get out of line to go into the restaurant to ask for our food. My suggestion is to go into the restaurant versus the drive thru. There appeared to be only 3-4 patrons inside waiting for food.
The food was only fair. That is undoubtedly influenced by the many other good local Mexican restaurants around here, the lukewarm food, and the “incomplete” tacos (we ordered 3 tacos supreme to get the tomatoes and sour cream, but ours came without those two additional items.
The best thing about our food was that it was cheap, but tonight that was more than offset by the slow service and fair to middling food quality.

Today I would like to give five stars to the Manager Israel, and all the associates for their wonderful customer service. I felt very welcome from the time I walked in. Israel has a beautiful smile, a beautiful spirit and a great attitude. I would definitely recommend this location.

Came to eat there and no AC and its 90 degrees outside. Bought my food and the lettuce was really limp due to the heat in that restaurant. Feel sorry for the workers who have to work till 4am. The food really has gone way down lately .Its not the same too many items on the menu that have to keep up with so the food quality has gone down. Just went there today Oct 8 2019 my crunch wrap only had a head of lettuce in it my burritos I ordered didn’t have sour cream that I got charged for. Very disappointed ☹️.

Absolutely awful experience. Had a mobile order food looks like it was thrown on the floor then bagged. 3 items missing from order. Person at drive thru shoved the bag through my car window. I don’t know who manages or trains these people but they all need replaced.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Employees will claim they’re closed at random hours throughout the day. The food is always prepared poorly. And for some reason half the time random toppings are added to items when they shouldn’t be there. Just look at this cheesy grodita crunch.
