A combo of 3 tacos with sour cream and one cheesy Gordita crunch is $17.26, and there’s probably less than a third of a pound of meat on all of them combined. This is atrocious garbage. I understand now why the store is always dead with no line inside or out. The reason zero stars should be an option.

Food was fine, expensive for what you get. Felt nauseous after the first taco and continued to the second, that’s my own mistake, but it’s taco bell.
Main complaint they have the bathrooms closed for no reason, which I believe isnt allowed as customers need a hand wash sink if nothing else.

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I went on my lunch break to order two cheesy gordita crunches. When I got my order, it had nothing but chicken, No lettuce, no tomatoes, no sauce. They wanted me to come back bring the food to them because that was the only way to remake my order or refund my money. Simply told them that I could take a picture of my order and I can show it to them because I’m not keeping food that I can’t eat. That’s ridiculous. The so-called store manager copped an attitude with me because she felt as if I wasn’t cooperating. I was extremely nice up until she started getting rude with me. Never have I ever experienced such rude behavior. This is very unprofessional And below standards. Then they had the nerve to call me again to see if I would like a refund, but I still have to bring the food in. I don’t understand what’s the difference between me bringing the food to them, when I take a picture of my Food to show them that they messed up my order. It’s all going to look the same. This isn’t a five star meal. Let’s be real it’s just Taco Bell. Apparently, that’s the policy. For anyone who decides to go to this location in Marietta, please watch out for Ramona! Keep in mind she was very rude and unprofessional a woman in her status. You definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back. It’s one thing to mess up my order, but getting an attitude with the customer when you messed up is another thing. Where is the policy on that?

I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell because it’s always hit or miss with the service, food, and wait time. It’s always a headache. Me and my wife decided we were craving it and went to the East Cobb location anyways.
Upon arrival it looked old and beat down, no one in the parking lot. I told my wife as we were pulling in “oh lord, this looks risky” but we decided to try it anyways.
As bizarre as it sounds, i just left this place in shock and about had an epiphany. I couldn’t believe it. So much so, I am actually writing this google review.
Whoever the Caucasian gentleman was working at February 8, 2:30pm that took our order did an exceptional job. I’m guessing a manager. He was very knowledgeable, very clear and conversational, professional. Took my order right away and exactly correct. The next gentleman at the window greeted me immediately. Received my food immediately. And as we opened it everything was hot, fresh, and perfect order. I couldn’t believe it. As small as that was and as a business owner, I told my wife it’s either just me or that just shows one instance of great customer service can change your whole perspective. I now know there is a well-run Taco Bell near my home and will be back.
Props to the gentlemen or management running this establishment. Raises to be needed. Big thumps up!

Every taco bell send like an ancient relic from the 90s. They are all run down and broken looking. Usually with bad service and worse food. This was different. The vibe was awful when I pulled up. I was half expecting to get some random food in a bag going I wouldn’t check before I left but NO! The nicest young man took the order, double checked to make sure it was right, and all the food was good and “fresh”. Was it good? I dunno. I won’t eat this crap. But it was for my wife. She was happy (except for the drink, some Gatorade monstrosity she said tasted like medicine designed to make you sicker). So, there you go

This is the closest taco bell to my house and it’s only on rara occasions that I actually go to this location. Each time, I’m reminded why….the customer service is horrible. The food is what it is…can’t expect much from Taco Bell- but my daughter loves it. This specific location seems to have the most unhappy employees. No greeting, no interaction outside of “pull around”. No acknowledgement at the window or anything. Not even a “here you go”. Since when do we just hand the food off and walk away? Literally, no words spoken.If you hate customer service, get a new job!

Our family ordered 23 food items for 9 of us due to having company over and somehow this location did not miss a single item! Praise God! Way to go to their team who paid attention to detail. Seems like every time weve gone out for fast food in the last couple of years, every other company gets something wrong, even when ordering for 5 of us. Keep up the awesome work night shift! Straight killing it! To top it off, it’s my birthday. I could not make up my mind in time for a sit down restraunt and they actually delivered not having to make a call or go back to the store once we got home with the food. Thank you.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Excuses when it’s late so they don’t have to make you’re food past 8pm, food is never made right after specific instructions after taking 20 minutes in the drive through, and employees have zero social awareness. I love wasting money for terrible food

Very poorly wrapped. Burnt particles all over my burrito and quesadilla. Burrito was also ripped open in the center. Quesadillas was poorly cut into 4 pieces. This place went from 100 to 5 with its new staff.
