My husband so sweetly suggested getting lattes out because my espresso machine was having difficulty, and i just couldn’t figure it out.
I was already happy that i was getting a latte out with my husband when the barista offered to make our lattes in ceramic mugs. Be still my heart. It was like a kiss from God in heaven. I was even happier. My caramel brulee latte was extra scrumptious this time, and i sure loved the added touch of kindness.

My husband loves the lemon loaf and the caramel macchiato!

I wish I knew his name, but there is an awesome employee I look forward to seeing every visit! He remembers me by my name, and stops to talk to me and ask how I am. He is a sweetheart! Makes my day when he realizes it’s me picking up my order! Usually in the afternoon, he has longer hair….GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! plus he makes my brown sugar shaken expresso perfectly every single time! *chefs kiss* thank you for always making my day!

I shouldn’t be surprised about this since it is Starbucks. Why should I expect them to know anything about coffee. I went in today to pick up a couple of drinks I ordered online. I ordered a macchiato. I was in a rush and wasn’t thinking but realized when I got home that the barista (if you can really call them that) has mixed my macchiato. I’m not sure if anyone reading this will even understand but the difference between the macchiato and a latte is how you drink it. The macchiato is meant to be separated. Milk on the bottom and espresso on the top. It should not be mixed or drank with a straw. The fact that I picked this drink up pre-mixed just goes to show that Starbucks is painfully unaware of how to make and serve coffee.

I usually come here before work with no issues. I’ve worked at Starbucks for 4 years and have no issues receiving or making a matcha tea latte with no ice before. I mobile ordered and when I picked it up, it wasn’t full and half of it was just foam and not drink. When I asked for it to be remade, I was told they cannot make it any differently even when I tried to offer suggestions for how I would make it when I worked at SBUX. I was disappointed I couldn’t order a drink I liked anymore and asked for a refund. That’s when a very nice and kind barista, Cara, said she could make it the way I like and I really appreciate her for that. She did a wonderful job and it’s made really well, I’m just disappointed that 2 other baristas did not want to help. Overall will keep coming here, I just sadly won’t order this drink anymore.

Went to this location on a beautiful, warm, Monday afternoon. There are customers inside and outside and three employees at the front counter. Two of them were conversing with one another and one was wiping down the counter. I stood in front of all three of these people for 5 minutes. No one spoke to me or attempted to take my order. There was no one else in line. I did not have on my cloak of invisibility so I’m not sure just why they were so rude. I walked out with nothing. If you can’t greet me I will keep my money in my pocket. Do better!
