This location is simply terrible. Always a long wait so tend the avoid it, but took a other shot tonight. Waited over an hour AFTER ordering in drive through in the parking lot to find out that they gave my order away. Currently waiting now 30 minutes for them to prepare food again. Please take my advice, you’re better of driving to Grayson than ever going to this location.

Got back to our house just to find the food literally had bites taken out of it. Every time we’ve had food from there, something is either completely wrong or missing, but this takes the cake. There needs to be an investigation into this place. Will never eat here again.

I gotta give a shout out to the lady Bryan (I hope I got her name right) Sunday madness with a very not so motivated crew. If I were a manager I probably would have lost my mind. She handled it like a champ. Yeah there was a crazy wait… Yeah some people’s food was wrong.. shes one women trying to get this crew to function properly. I’m on the inside watching. She was doing an amazing job really. Some kids just can’t listen. That women deserves a raise. Major shout out to her tho. You go girl!!

This place could be so much more. It’s in a great location with some of the best fast food available. They fall short in every category though. Hours are speratic, sometimes they are closed for no reason. The food can be good sometimes. If you use the drive through it will be wrong. Sometimes they don’t have KFC and sometimes it’s taco bell they aren’t serving. The franchise owner must not care to much about this location. It could be amazing and make double to triple if the business is ran correctly.

Truly abhorrent. We waited for 30 literal minutes in the drive through with no way out. People HONKING toward the end. THEN no apology at the window. The taco bell half of the order was fine the KFC side was dry and had clearly been sitting out for a while, not to mention the size of the tenders were small. They forgot the sauce but at that point why bother. I can understand being under staffed but this was just poor management and careless disrespect.

This is my second attempt at ordering the Mexican pizza at this location since it’s been back out, I just waited 20 minutes in drive thru paying just about $20 as well for my order to look like it had been thrown in the box. My pizza is over cooked, no cheese on it just drowned in red sauce the center of my pizza there was a tiny scoop of beef and no beans?! I asked for no sour cream on my side tacos and all you see opening the taco is sour cream spilling out my taco, my chicken quesadilla was basically just an over cooked tortilla, my whole order was disappointing, I will not give this location another dime!

This is the second time we’ve had a delivery order that was literally cancelled an hour after being placed. My fiancé placed the order around 5:45 pm and got a text message 35 minutes later saying the order had been modified or canceled, and to call the store. This is again after 35 MINUTES went by, and a driver was assigned and everything to the order. We ordered through the Taco Bell app, for reference. He called the store as per the instructions from the text, and the girl who answered said she did not have any idea what he was talking about and she had no order for that name. So at this point, we’re trying to figure out what happened. We double check that we called the right location, and at this point I call to see if we can bring in the electronic receipt and just pick the order up (already inconvenient because the automatic store for delivery wasn’t our closest Taco Bell.) At this point, an hour has gone by. She says she won’t make the order if it’s not “on her screen”. I tell her we were charged for the order and can bring the receipt. She then accused the driver of taking the order and cancelling, which is crazy because she had told my fiancé she never had any online orders and no orders under that name. She also claimed to be the GM. She was not willing to help in any way unless we wanted to pay for the order again, and drive over there where she would “personally hand it to us.” She was completely rude the entire time. She also said that once you pay on the app, the order goes straight through to them. So what happened in the 35 minutes before our order was supposedly cancelled?? I just have so many questions. I’d love to believe this was a fluke, if the same exact thing hadn’t happened to us back in February with this same location. Terrible location with awful customer service and terrible management. Save yourself some money because you will never receive the food you order!!

Restaurant was way hot. Good tool almost 20 minutes to get. The normal 5 dollar fill up was 10 dollars here. Can’t wait till the one opens up down the street. They can’t do any worse.

Order 8:03pm had to ask about our order 20 minutes later. The shift manager proceeded to tell me they have to rotate between drive thru and dine in. So hmmm when 4 other people order behind us and got there food. We ordered 2 meals not a Huge order. She says I can give you free cinnamon twist, which I replied to her Info not want free food I want the order we paid for. It’s acceptable in today’s world for people not to do the job they choose to do and all we are to just accept slow/bad service even thou we pay more and we go to work and do our jobs.
