If you set the pick up time of your online order for a certain time and give them 20 minutes + to make it, in theory it should be ready for pick up when you arrive. When you pull up you’d think because no cars are in the drive thru and only two customers in the dining area they’d have yours finished and ready for pick up but.. no, they haven’t seen your order yet and have to go make it and THEN SERVE the people in the drive thru who got there after you BEFORE you. What is the point of an online ordering system? Taco bell isn’t the only one with this issue – maybe it’s the universe telling me not to eat fast food…

Manager should be fired. Rude ugly-attitude girl at the window for no reason from the start. We get home to 5 Crunchwraps with no meat and then were refused a full refund or given new product for the inconvenience (when it was clearly done on purpose)? Trash. This was one of the MOST clean Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to! Food was piping hot! The best part….one of the workers delivered some food to customers in the restaurant that caught my eye and I had never seen before. When I inquired what it was she said cheesy fiesta potatoes. I told her I had not seen those in Colorado before. Well she put an order of those with our order on the house- they were amazing!!! This Taco Bell has earned my business!
