Very disappointed in this location. Ordered a Crunchwrap with no sour cream. Watched the girl put sour cream on it then tried to wipe it off with a taco wrapper. Continued assembling my order and tried to give it to me. It should have been tossed and made again. If they are willing to do that in front of a customer, who knows what else goes on. This location has lost my trust. I won’t be back.

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell consistently for the last two years with my buddy Aaron and let me tell you. This isn’t just a Taco Bell… It’s a Taco home. The food is always ready when him and I walk in the door after placing a mobile order. The establishment is always clean (unlike the one on Davy Lyle) and the vibes are immaculate. I always look forward to coming here every Friday and look forward to all the tasty things they have to offer.

This Taco Bell is the best location in Rock Hill. It is hands down my favorite spot and I visit every Friday with my friend. It has basically become a weekly tradition. The employees are the best, we are greeted every time and they are friendly fast and accurate. No matter how busy it gets they never disappoint. Food is great and fresh as well and I am blown away at how awesome this location is. Would recommend 100% this T-Bell.

This is hands down the BEST Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The workers are ALWAYS nice, fast and they never get my order wrong. They are always cleaning and yesterday they even helped a woman out to her car. I won’t even look at the one on Dave Lyle (they need to take note from this Taco Bell). I don’t know what the managers are doing here but they are doing it right!

I visited this location the night of 1/18/25 with my friends & we placed 3 small mobile orders. After receiving our orders at the drive thru, we pulled over in the parking lot to eat. When we opened our bags, we noticed items were missing on 1 of the orders & after biting into burritos on our other 2 orders, we realized they were the wrong burritos. My friend had to go to the door twice… once to explain items were missing & the second time to explain we got the wrong food. Once our “corrected” orders were replaced, we realized that they still had some items incorrect. We had to pull back through the drive-thru to get the order corrected again. My “corrected” order included a bean burrito with extra cheese & red sauce & a crispy cantina chicken taco. The bean burrito had about an entire cup of onions in it & my crispy chicken taco only had a few pieces of chicken on one side of the taco. All of our food was cold, dry, & unappetizing. See attached photos just of my bean burrito & chicken taco for reference (not including everyone else’s orders). I guess what I simply can not comprehend is the fact that all 3 of our orders were mobile orders, so the order pops up on their screen exactly as it was ordered. It’s not like a verbal order that was misunderstood. I know we live in a day where “we listen & we don’t judge” & I’m not the type of person to post negative reviews but do better Taco Bell on Anderson Road!! I will never return to this location again & I’m a Taco Bell lover. I will say this was reported to corporate & they did resolve the issue with refunds, but it was a hassle to do so.

The drive through staff was very friendly and outgoing. The food was hot and almost everything was as it should be. The only issue was they were out of ice so they had to serve me a warm Pepsi (the reason for the 4 star). Overall a very good experience. I was worried with the recent low ratings, but I was pleasantly surprised.

I go in around 820. Stand at the register. Multiple employees walk to to the register and walk by, ignore me and go on their way. Finally several minutes late, 1 young lady looked and asked how may I help you. I said wow.. someone actually sees me.

I dont care what anyone says, every single time my friends and I enter, were greeted nicely, the workers are always super kind, and I personally have never had an order messed up (which, to clarify, even if it does happen.. everyone makes mistakes and no resturaunt, especially a fast food restaurant with high volume, should be scolded for an occasional mistake with an order).

Might have been a better review if I had gotten what I ordered. I substituted some items and got none of them. Had lunch at a taco bell the previous day and was disappointed with the size of what I order for the price I paid. Just happened to be picking up a delivery this morning and thought the breakfast menu might be better. Due to time I ate the item anyway. It’s was OK but if it was what I ordered the way I ordered it, this would have been a more positive review.
